I work with Economy Exterminators at a few buildings I manage. They are very easy to work with. They take good care of our building and they get the job done. I'm writing this review mostly because they make me feel like a valued customer and that is what everyone is looking for from a quality vendor.
Quick response time, gets job done, courteous staff
UPDATE: regretfully, pretty much anything positive from my old review no longer holds true. Recurring visits are less effective and lazily done (I have a recent visit where the tech spent less than 15 min on my property), and I'm unable to get any visits to my property sooner than 3-5 days out. Their claims to be…
Used to be good. Last Tech was a woman, and we found out our account has been canceled after her visit. Something about inappropriate comments? No comments were made by us, however, she showed off her figure by pulling her shirt tight and kind of posing after we commented on doing a good job. We were a client for…
Staff is very informative and kind! He explained how everything works and any precautions I needed to take with the dogs. I really appreciated his attention to detail and looking out for my pups!
Amy was very helpful!
The whole team is so amazing! They’re responsive and take care of all of our exterminator needs. Shout out to Jay and Ira who have cleared out more cobwebs than ever.
Amy was professional, timely, and covered everything as detailed in the consultation.
Excellent service!
Friendly and Professional tech. Ira did a great job providing outstanding service as well as answering any questions. Punctual and very easy to work with.
Su trabajo es minucioso y efectivo..
Sheryl was very friendly and thoroughly explained the treatment. She was very responsive to keeping our pets safe.
Employee was courteous and professional, as have bee all the employees of Economy that we have interacted with. I highly recommend them.
Awesome job!
Economy exterminators shows up each quarter and treats crawl space, inside and outside of our home and very professional. We have had roach, spider problems in the past years and now with proper spraying this is better under control. Highly recommend them for great service!
We have had Jay servicing our home for the past year and he is wonderful. He always explains what everything means, what he is doing and how it will treat for the issue. If I ever have an issue and call them, they’re here the next day to help. So grateful to have found a company that cares for us the way they do.
Friendly, timely, and immediately effective. Highly recommend this company!
So friendly and always quickly responsive and on time. Highly recommend these guys!
Usually get a different technician each time and they have all been pretty friendly. Yesterday Colton came out to address our ongoing mice issue in the crawlspace and he was great. He was very friendly and patient with any questions I had and took the time to patch up a trouble spot. I felt like he was thourough and…
No problems. Friendly people.
Rian was extremely helpful and professional. He replaced the bait station in my utility room and crawlspace with larger units and sprayed around the house and mailbox for ants.
Great Experience every time. Rian is great at what he does. Since moving pest control service to Economy Exterminators I’ve been pleased with the lack of bugs/ants inside my home. Thank you
I have been a customer of Economy Exterminators for over 15 years and am always very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism of everyone on the team.
Economy is reliable, affordable and always willing to address any specific issues we are having. I highly recommend them!
This company always does what they say they will do. Quarterly services? They actually come. In between service issues? They actually come to resolve. A nice service tech named Rian serviced our exterior today and was awesome! He explained why I was likely having ant problems and explained his procedure for…
He did a great job spraying and cleaning buzz
Had a terrible ant issue going on in my home and tried everything my. But since Russell with Economy showed up I have not seen a single ant in my home again.
Great service, very friendly and experienced technician
Been using Economy Exterminators for a couple of years now. They've been great. Took care of ants, roaches, and mice we've had in the house. They're always responsive and take care of pest issues when they arise. Their preventative treatments seem very effective. Technicians are always friendly and professional.…
Super fast service. Out on Monday to do a general inspection and back on Wednesday for treatment. Staff are very courteous. Would recommend to others.
Russel is always amazing !! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
We have used Economy Exterminators for a few years now and have been very impressed and happy with the service Russell has given us. He is professional, enthusiastic, experienced and honest. Thank you Russell!
We had a mice problem that our existing exterminator didn’t do anything about. I filled out an online request for a free inspection at 4am for Ecomony Exterminators and they called me at 9:30am and came out and assessed a few hours later, they also treated that afternoon and we haven’t seen a mouse since. They treat…
Economy has been taking care of us for years! They always provide excellent service with personable and knowledgeable technicians who know how to keep the critters away! I highly recommend them for your pest control needs!
We have been using Economy for more than 10 years now and we're never disappointed. They are professional, on time and very responsive. Never had a major issue and the minor ones are taken care of during the tech visit or by scheduling one off visits.
I had an initial inspection and a first service appointment from economy exterminators and am very pleased so far. They are professional, personable, and very responsive. Happy to recommend them.
We have been using Economy Exterminator for years. They have nice people, good service, and reasonable prices. I have never seen a reason to call anyone else for pest control.
Very nice and professional, in and out quickly. Would use again.
Russell is the best. Would give him 6 stars if possible.
After trying a few different exterminating services, we have found our favorite! They are extremely responsive if we ever call with a pest issue. Our technician, Russ, has expert knowledge of pest control. His cheerful personality is the best part of the visit! I highly recommend Economy Exterminators and Russ!
Russel is a delight. Very personable and calls us by our name. Very thorough with his job inside and out. The Abron’s
Russ is awesome. I've had ants multiple times and everytime he gets rid of them within days!
We have used Economy for decades and they have always taken care of us. Russell is thorough, enthusiastic and personable, always wanting to know how he can help.
Ryan was right on time, informative and friendly. Thanks for coming out to help we really appreciate it!
Great, friendly service!
Have used Economy for years. Easy to deal with, accommodating, reasonably priced. Especially appreciate that the same technician, Russ, comes to our home each visit. Russ loves what he does and it shows. He explains what he is doing and why. He doesn’t just treat and go. He’s always on time, too.
We have used Economy Exterminators for over 25 years. They are reliable and responsive to our needs and preferences. A few years ago, we had an ant problem in two different locations in our house. Our service technician Russell treated both areas. We have not had a problem at all since that time. I also like…
Russell is the best!
We’ve used Economy Exterminators for over 10 years. Their service has always been excellent and timely. The have helped us with pest control, sump pump, and crawl space dehumidifier. I recommend them with no reservation!
Russ has been helping me out for several years now with my exterminating needs and he is awesome. He is enthusiastic about what he does. We live in the forest so naturally we get a bunch of critters around here. Russ and the company as a whole are always quick to come over whenever needed and always go the extra…
Solid choice. We had ants in the house, now we don’t. Respectful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Didn’t just spray and walk away. They shared advice to make the environment less attractive to bugs (in our case, the mulch in the garden was too thick creating a great location for ant colonies).
Have had a pest control service agreement with Economy Exterminators for about two years now. They do quality work and are responsive when any issues come up. I can confidently recommend them to others.
Excellent service. They are always prompt and take care of any issues I have.
Extremely responsive. Service techs are always friendly and are really good at identifying bugs. They provide excellent tips on how to keep bugs outdoors. They use environmentally safe products.
