I work with Economy Exterminators at a few buildings I manage. They are very easy to work with. They take good care of our building and they get the job done. I'm writing this review mostly because they make me feel like a valued customer and that is what everyone is looking for from a quality vendor.
Working with Economy Exterminators is great! From Pam in Customer Success to the exterminators, everyone is friendly and happy to help deal with any issues. Cant recommend them enough!
UPDATE: regretfully, pretty much anything positive from my old review no longer holds true. Recurring visits are less effective and lazily done (I have a recent visit where the tech spent less than 15 min on my property), and I'm unable to get any visits to my property sooner than 3-5 days out. Staff is very informative and kind! He explained how everything works and any precautions I needed to take with the dogs. I really appreciated his attention to detail and looking out for my pups!
Was so sweet , cared about my children being around the poison he set out and explain how everything worked and gave me ideas to keep roaches away!

I am a return customer. After moving, I signed a 1 year contract the the exterminator used by my builder. I was dissatisfied with them and contacted Economy Exterminators as soon as the 1 year was going to expire. I am much more confident in the products and service I get from Economy and plan to remain their customer.
We had our first treatment this last Friday. Jay was awesome. He was very clear about what he was doing and what he was spraying. We talked about the safety of our animals and he was very considerate of our questions and answered everything in a simple, concise manner. Great experience.

Economy exterminators shows up each quarter and treats crawl space, inside and outside of our home and very professional. We have had roach, spider problems in the past years and now with proper spraying this is better under control. Highly recommend them for great service!
They are great to work with. Every technician that has come to my house has been knowledgeable and very friendly. My problems were resolved and I signed up for the quarterly plan to keep my house free of unwanted guest. To me it’s worth every penny
