I work with Economy Exterminators at a few buildings I manage. They are very easy to work with. They take good care of our building and they get the job done. I'm writing this review mostly because they make me feel like a valued customer and that is what everyone is looking for from a quality vendor.
Working with Economy Exterminators is great! From Pam in Customer Success to the exterminators, everyone is friendly and happy to help deal with any issues. Cant recommend them enough!
UPDATE: regretfully, pretty much anything positive from my old review no longer holds true. Recurring visits are less effective and lazily done (I have a recent visit where the tech spent less than 15 min on my property), and I'm unable to get any visits to my property sooner than 3-5 days out. Their claims to be…
Used to be good. Last Tech was a woman, and we found out our account has been canceled after her visit. Something about inappropriate comments? No comments were made by us, however, she showed off her figure by pulling her shirt tight and kind of posing after we commented on doing a good job. We were a client for…
Staff is very informative and kind! He explained how everything works and any precautions I needed to take with the dogs. I really appreciated his attention to detail and looking out for my pups!
Was so sweet , cared about my children being around the poison he set out and explain how everything worked and gave me ideas to keep roaches away!
Excellent service, very knowledgeable tsch
The whole team is so amazing! They’re responsive and take care of all of our exterminator needs. Shout out to Jay and Ira who have cleared out more cobwebs than ever.
Excellent service!
I am a return customer. After moving, I signed a 1 year contract the the exterminator used by my builder. I was dissatisfied with them and contacted Economy Exterminators as soon as the 1 year was going to expire. I am much more confident in the products and service I get from Economy and plan to remain their customer.
We had our first treatment this last Friday. Jay was awesome. He was very clear about what he was doing and what he was spraying. We talked about the safety of our animals and he was very considerate of our questions and answered everything in a simple, concise manner. Great experience.
Su trabajo es minucioso y efectivo..
They got me an inspection super quick and I was able to have a tech come out here the same day as my inspection. Rian was super polite, professional, and knowledgeable!
The employee was super nice and seemed very thorough! Have just seen a few bugs but hoping this takes care of them!

We have worked with Economy for almost 3 years (they are the third pest control company we tried). Russell and Ryan helped us finally control the pest issues we inherited and we’ve been thrilled with their responsiveness to any ad hoc needs (extra spider control between visits, etc). Can’t recommend highly enough!
Customer-focused and excellent service. I highly recommend.
Russ was one of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve worked with. 10/10 would recommend!

We have been using Economy for more than 10 years now and we're never disappointed. They are professional, on time and very responsive. Never had a major issue and the minor ones are taken care of during the tech visit or by scheduling one off visits.

This is specifically for the Technician Charles …. He took the time to look behind , things , filled in gaps that they could be coming…

We have been using Economy Exterminator for years. They have nice people, good service, and reasonable prices. I have never seen a reason to call anyone else for pest control.
Ryan was especially helpful during my most recent service. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a customer with Economy Exterminators for a couple of years now and the best thing about this company is how responsive they are to our needs. The techs that visit our home also educate us on the “why” and how to avoid future bug issues or just why and when this is inevitable. Our recent tech, Ryan, went…

After trying a few different exterminating services, we have found our favorite! They are extremely responsive if we ever call with a pest issue.
