UPDATE: regretfully, pretty much anything positive from my old review no longer holds true. Recurring visits are less effective and lazily done (I have a recent visit where the tech spent less than 15 min on my property), and I'm unable to get any visits to my property sooner than 3-5 days out. Their claims to be…
Used to be good. Last Tech was a woman, and we found out our account has been canceled after her visit. Something about inappropriate comments? No comments were made by us, however, she showed off her figure by pulling her shirt tight and kind of posing after we commented on doing a good job. We were a client for…
Rian was so helpful and nice!
The whole team is so amazing! They’re responsive and take care of all of our exterminator needs. Shout out to Jay and Ira who have cleared out more cobwebs than ever.
Amy was professional, timely, and covered everything as detailed in the consultation.
Excellent service!
Rian was a huge help when he came by our house and explained everything he was doing and the preventative measures we can take to keep our house pest free. He was super nice and extremely flexible when we had to reschedule last second. If you need help with any pests on your property he is definitely your guy!
Ryan did such a great job! He was so knowledgeable and flexible with us. Would 100% recommend.
Ryan the service technician was great and thorough, along with the advice and information about the service provided
First time Rian came to our house and he was great. Asked questions, had answers, found problems and helped fix them. Where has this guy been!!???
I have been with them for the last 2 years and really appreciate their responsiveness and their professional service. Highly recommended!!
Awesome job!
Cheryl was awesome and she did an excellent job. Looking forward to future business with services. Thank s. DS.
They are great to work with. Every technician that has come to my house has been knowledgeable and very friendly. My problems were resolved and I signed up for the quarterly plan to keep my house free of unwanted guest. To me it’s worth every penny
Cheryl and Chris were on time for our initial visit, very explanatory, and thorough. They were both friendly and provided good customer service while listening to our concerns and future requests. We look forward to this new service they are providing our business as it came highly recommended and so far we can see why.
We have been using Economy for years and they are fantastic. Always on time - all of their employees that we have dealt with are extremely professional and nice! Quick response too when we have a specific issue.
Usually get a different technician each time and they have all been pretty friendly. Yesterday Colton came out to address our ongoing mice issue in the crawlspace and he was great. He was very friendly and patient with any questions I had and took the time to patch up a trouble spot. I felt like he was thourough and…
Rian was extremely helpful and professional. He replaced the bait station in my utility room and crawlspace with larger units and sprayed around the house and mailbox for ants.
I have been a customer of Economy Exterminators for over 15 years and am always very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism of everyone on the team.
Very courteous service professionals. Responsive to needs and requests.
Amy was extremely professional and thorough. She answered all of our questions and explained what she was doing to mitigate the problem. She was very pleasant and friendly which also is a big positive. Definitely recommend.
Been using Economy Exterminators for a couple of years now. They've been great. Took care of ants, roaches, and mice we've had in the house. They're always responsive and take care of pest issues when they arise. Their preventative treatments seem very effective. Technicians are always friendly and professional.…
Russel is always amazing !! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I called and they came immediately.
Fantastic work! Helped prevent our rodent issue effectively. Very satisfied with the great service, attention to detail, and communication.
We had a mice problem that our existing exterminator didn’t do anything about. I filled out an online request for a free inspection at 4am for Ecomony Exterminators and they called me at 9:30am and came out and assessed a few hours later, they also treated that afternoon and we haven’t seen a mouse since. They treat…
We have worked with Economy for almost 3 years (they are the third pest control company we tried). Russell and Ryan helped us finally control the pest issues we inherited and we’ve been thrilled with their responsiveness to any ad hoc needs (extra spider control between visits, etc). Can’t recommend highly enough!
Our experience was nothing less than stellar. Extreme professionalism and very helpful. Would recommend every time.
Rian came out the last few visits. Very detailed, professional and calmed my anxiety. Him and Charles are trustworthy. I recommend Economy Exterminators 100%.
Economy has been taking care of us for years! They always provide excellent service with personable and knowledgeable technicians who know how to keep the critters away! I highly recommend them for your pest control needs!
We have been using Economy for more than 10 years now and we're never disappointed. They are professional, on time and very responsive. Never had a major issue and the minor ones are taken care of during the tech visit or by scheduling one off visits.
I had an initial inspection and a first service appointment from economy exterminators and am very pleased so far. They are professional, personable, and very responsive. Happy to recommend them.
Economy’s is a great company. Have tried others in the past but they are the only ones that do what they say. Very precessional and super kind employees!! No complaints here!!
This is specifically for the Technician Charles …. I had my AC unit replaced and started to have a mouse issues … Never had them Before then … I had 2 other exterminators come out and they were no where near as detailed as Charles. He took the time to look behind , things , filled in gaps that they could be coming…
Kevin was friendly, offered lots of information, was curdious and respectful of my home, and my cat loved him.
Our tech Ira has been extremely helpful and so pleasant to work with. He has explained everything in detail and answers all of our questions. We are happy we were paired with Ira to assist us with the evacuation of our uninvited house guests.
Very nice and professional, in and out quickly. Would use again.
The technician did an outstanding job looking for and closing a possible mouse entry point. I am very happy with his service
After trying a few different exterminating services, we have found our favorite! They are extremely responsive if we ever call with a pest issue. Our technician, Russ, has expert knowledge of pest control. His cheerful personality is the best part of the visit! I highly recommend Economy Exterminators and Russ!
Ryan did an excellent job spraying our home and removing those pesky spider webs.
Very pleased with value and quality of service. I had mice in my attic and needed general pest control. Russell has been wonderful to work with, very attentive and has followed up a couple of times now to make sure the mice haven’t returned. Thank you Russell!
Economy Exterminators is highly recommended especially for pet owners! Russ came out to check on concerns I had at the house and was really thoughtful and communicative about the whole process. I felt at ease after his visit knowing my house and was in the best position to get rid of all the pest concerns with the…
Have used Economy for years. Easy to deal with, accommodating, reasonably priced. Especially appreciate that the same technician, Russ, comes to our home each visit. Russ loves what he does and it shows. He explains what he is doing and why. He doesn’t just treat and go. He’s always on time, too.
Professional, enthusiastic, explained what he was doing
Russ has been helping me out for several years now with my exterminating needs and he is awesome. He is enthusiastic about what he does. We live in the forest so naturally we get a bunch of critters around here. Russ and the company as a whole are always quick to come over whenever needed and always go the extra…
Have had a pest control service agreement with Economy Exterminators for about two years now. They do quality work and are responsive when any issues come up. I can confidently recommend them to others.
We’ve used Economy to successfully control mosquitos and mice. They always show up when they are supposed to and there is never any hassle. You can basically setup their service and forget about it. We were finally able to enjoy our yard without layers of bug spray!
