Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our company. We're glad to hear the team took such good care of you! Unfortunately, as we explained when we settled your claim, everything had checked off at destination as delivered. And in addition to that, all of those boxes were packed by you so we would have no way of knowing about the gift cards. If we had done the packing, we would have considered those "high value" items, and handled them as such, requiring verification of receipt at destination ensuring they were accounted for before we left. We felt that this was a very reasonable stance given the circumstances and find it unfortunate that you reduced your rating from 5 all the way down to 1 over it.
