After checking our house and (wood) foundation, we received the estimate for treatment and explanation of the proposed treatment. We agreed to the price and they came and treated our house and…

Review from Google · view on GoogleI’m very upset with this company they came without me knowing it and charged me for their visit. If they can’t call and let me know when our appointment is I’m not paying for a visit I knew nothing about!
Response from the owner · 2 weeks ago
Hi Becky, We are so sorry for any confusion. We had you set up for an exterior only service - we typically don’t notify the customer unless there’s a note in the service order. We spoke with your husband today as well, as he called our office, and he didn’t convey any of this to us during the phone call. He said he sent a check a few days ago and had no complaints about our services. In the future, if you have any issues, please feel free to call, text, or email us. Thank you.
