Jeff was so amazing, so thorough and explained everything he did! Treated things that were never addressed by our previous company! Love the fact they they stand behind their work and promise extermination of so many insects and rodents! Felt so great about their service and so glad they came to our door because of more neighbors switching to EcoShield!

Because I have moved out of a storage unit, and have undoubtedly placed stacks of boxes in front of bait stations in the garage, John very kindly agreed to add a couple more. The one old bait station that we found was totally empty.. so they're obviously being visited. I appreciated all that he did. Also, John is awfully nice and polite.

Do not use their financial 3rd party for extra services! Since using the financial 0% interest through their 3rd party, I get 3-6 spam calls everyday. They leave voicemails everyday. Stacie did a phenomenal job our first application. She was professional and friendly, worked hard late afternoon in 92° heat, and we were well-pleased with her work.

Jeff did a great job! He knows his stuff and spent an hour in extreme heat making sure our home and yard were cared for. I especially appreciated how careful he was around our fruit and vegetable plants and our kids' toys and play area!

I was having problems with another company and Dillion was super nice and extremely helpful. The tech came the very next day for the first treatment and Stacy was very friendly as well. They have a much better program than the competitor i was using. I am very happy so far.

Jeff was very informative. His knowledge of insects and the products used is extensive. Joey (sales and inspection) also very knowledgeable. Both were friendly , courteous and had no problems answering my many questions. Had no intentions of hiring anyone but so glad I did. Thanx again guys!!

An absolute waste of money. I had a year contract for insects. My main issue is ants, in the yard and in the home. Alex was seriously amazing! He was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable having him in my home. He was great with my dog and my two-year-old, explained everything clearly, and just had such a friendly, respectful attitude the entire time. Arrived on time and was friendly and efficient.

John did the requested service, was pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and asked if there was anything else needed. He reiterated if we did need anything or something isn't right, just call EcoShield.

Great service today. I was running late and Eric was still there when I got home. He was able to do the inside as well. He explained why the ants swarmed this early spring so that was helpful.

Alex was punctual and polite. He walked me around the house to show me everything that he would be doing and recommended other services for problems and concerns that I had raised. He also gave me adequate instructions on what to do with my pets during and after the service.

Eric did an absolute master job at ensuring any and all areas were covered and/or treated for pests. Eric was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient with his tasks. Thank you so much, Eric!
