Alicia (Ali) preformed my quarterly preventive servive, this Fall and was very professional and informative on the service that she was doing for my issues with spiders and mice. I have had other extermination services in the past, but EcoShield service works very well 'For Me"!
Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.
I had asked him to please do my shed surroundings, but I see he didn't get to the shed. He must of forgot what I told him. I've experience very good inspectors and some not too good...I'm really thinking about canceling my service because I'm not a satisfied customer most of the time.
Alex was thorough and acted in a very professional manner; asking a couple times if I had any questions.

Ali from EcoShield was very friendly and helpful on our ant issue . She new exactly what to do right away and applied a granulation because it was raining . They are returning next week to apply another treatment.

Scam Company. Gave them a shot as we had alot of bugs and they did the initial spray, and a second spray because we still had bugs and the amount of bugs in, on, or around the house hasn't changed 2 months post initial spray. And 2-3 weeks post second spray. Dont fall for the upcharge. Lied about neighbors using it (I chatted with them), lied about how much it would cost and how they are losing money for the price they give it to you for....how can a service go from $200+ per usage to offering $100 per usage to not cancel service and still make money.... scam. Only offered year plus contracts and give you a early termination fee of $255. No one time charge. Thankfully, I got it in writing from their salesman that if im dissatisfied with service I can cancel any time for free. ALWAYS get it in writing! Im not one to write reviews on companies but I CANNOT STAND dishonest business and it seems to be a trend for this company lately.... Frustrating
