Ali from EcoShield was very friendly and helpful on our ant issue . She new exactly what to do right away and applied a granulation because it was raining . They are returning next week to apply another treatment.

Jeff was so amazing, so thorough and explained everything he did! Treated things that were never addressed by our previous company! Love the fact they they stand behind their work and promise extermination of so many insects and rodents! Felt so great about their service and so glad they came to our door because of more neighbors switching to EcoShield!

Because I have moved out of a storage unit, and have undoubtedly placed stacks of boxes in front of bait stations in the garage, John very kindly agreed to add a couple more. Jeff was excellent and very customer service oriented. He did exactly what I needed and expected him to do and even went a few extra steps further. He explained each step thoroughly. Stacie did a phenomenal job our first application. She was professional and friendly, worked hard late afternoon in 92° heat, and we were well-pleased with her work.

I was having problems with another company and Dillion was super nice and extremely helpful. The tech came the very next day for the first treatment and Stacy was very friendly as well. They have a much better program than the competitor i was using. I am very happy so far.

We had some concern areas with spring waking up the bugs. They came in to spray and bait the needed areas which brings that extra peace of mind after completing their normal quarterly treatment.

Allissa did a great job protecting my home from all the creepy crawlies. She also gave me a lot of great information about pest control.
