Fantastic! William kept me informed every step of the way and double checked if I had any concerns or questions. Great experience. Kudos to eco shield and William
Eric did a fine job
Alicia (Ali) preformed my quarterly preventive servive, this Fall and was very professional and informative on the service that she was doing for my issues with spiders and mice. I have had other extermination services in the past, but EcoShield service works very well 'For Me"!
Great job
Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.
Ali was very thorough!
Very friendly and thorough
I met Alicia for the first time, although she has provided service many times before. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why it was important. My house has been in great shape ever since she started.
He was kind, professional and covered every detail.

Guy who came was very nice and professional. Very pleased
I was not home, (I guess I got the time wrong) but they checked the perimeter of the property and refilled bait stations. Thank you!

Better service than Greenix
Austin was personable, thorough, efficient, and professional. I appreciate his patience in answering my questions.
Austin was professional and personable.
Do NOT trust EcoShield Pest Solutions or their door-to-door salespeople.A slimy, ruthless salesman named Gauge showed up at my door and pushed me into signing. He was aggressive, high-pressure, and completely downplayed or hid the real terms. Once you try to cancel, they hit you with a cancellation fee even though…

UPDATE: Steve called me directly and said once he got all the information, he seen I did cancel this particular service and issued me a full refund. Thank you! Blake may have done a great job, I don’t know. I canceled any service first thing Monday through Jason, my inspector. I am paying a monthly fee already and I…
Ali was thoroughly and consciences. Job well done!
Chuck is a professional! He was on-time, he explained very thing he would do as part of the initial visit, and he assured us of how this initial application would handle thee problems. Jeff was so amazing, so thorough and explained everything he did! Treated things that were never addressed by our previous company! Love the fact they they stand behind their work and promise extermination of so many insects and rodents! Felt so great about their service and so glad they came to our door because of more neighbors switching to EcoShield!
Always had issue with ants making their way into our house but since EcoShield has serviced our residence we have very little issue with them. Also no more paper wasp nests on the outside of the house.
Very pleased with my service today! Very friendly, on time and very thorough and explained everything.
Do not use their financial 3rd party for extra services! Since using the financial 0% interest through their 3rd party, I get 3-6 spam calls everyday. They leave voicemails everyday. Which only can mean 1 thing, the 3rd party sells your information. Do NOT use the financial assistance program they have! We had Them…
Ali always comes and does a great job! She’s very thorough, gets every crack and crevice. We have an outside water bowl for our pups and she flips it over so it doesn’t get chemicals in it, she also leaves them treats. Thank you so much Ali! Hope you enjoy your birthday month 😉
K Ali did a thorough job!
Jzst gad David out to do my treatment He was very thourough and did what i was expecting. He ecplained what he was doing and why. Easy to get along with. Liam was very knowledgeable with his presentation and explanations. Asa did a good job with treatment that I was expecting.
I was having problems with another company and Dillion was super nice and extremely helpful. The tech came the very next day for the first treatment and Stacy was very friendly as well. They have a much better program than the competitor i was using. I am very happy so far.
