I met Alicia for the first time, although she has provided service many times before. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why it was important. My house has been in great shape ever since she started.

He was kind, professional and covered every detail.

Always had issue with ants making their way into our house but since EcoShield has serviced our residence we have very little issue with them. Also no more paper wasp nests on the outside of the house.

Stacie did a phenomenal job our first application. She was professional and friendly, worked hard late afternoon in 92° heat, and we were well-pleased with her work.

I was having problems with another company and Dillion was super nice and extremely helpful. The tech came the very next day for the first treatment and Stacy was very friendly as well. They have a much better program than the competitor i was using. I am very happy so far.

Jeff was very informative. His knowledge of insects and the products used is extensive. Joey (sales and inspection) also very knowledgeable. Both were friendly , courteous and had no problems answering my many questions. Had no intentions of hiring anyone but so glad I did. Thanx again guys!!

Very professional and friendly

He was here in a flash. He sprayed all the wasps areas, removed the old nests and put the poison out for the critters. We will see if ant free, wasp free, and mouse free in the next month.

Make it nearly impossible to cancel offer “discounts” when trying to cancel and still charge you full price and their phone center is nearly impossible to understand this place is a nightmare to deal with and would not recommend to anyone

Love EcoShield and Justin did a great job, sprayed, checked the mouse bait, swept the garage of spider webs and answered several questions. Also knocked down some pesky wasp nests and probably a few other items I forgot to mention. And he was friendly and polite and knowledgeable. Kudos to you Justin!

Steven performed the 1st application and was courteous and knowledgeable. The wasps in the siding have been addressed and looking forward to a safer (sting free) environment, as well as deterring other pests.

Scott was professional and arrived at start of schedule time. After inspection gave detailed review. Have to say compared to other larger companies that always canceled apt due to my location, I love the flexibility and not having to worry they will not show up.

Cristian did my inspection and Ace serviced my property. Both young men were very polite and seemed very experienced in their jobs. I was very satisfied with both gentlemen.
