Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.
Very friendly and thorough
I met Alicia for the first time, although she has provided service many times before. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why it was important. My house has been in great shape ever since she started.
He was kind, professional and covered every detail.
On time , friendly and knowledgeable!
Very thorough and knowledgeable. Told me what he was going to do.
Ali did a great job explaining what she was going to do during her inspection. She also gave me some advice about getting rid of the wasps around my property. She also went over her finding in the bait stations. She did a very thorough job. Thank you, Ali
Asa was very through and took the time to address our concerns.
Very pleasant and informative. He checked all the mouse traps and refilled the ones that needed more bait. I'm very pleased with eco shield
Ali did a great job. She spent the time necessary on our house which is the first time I can say that after using ecoshield for several years.
Ali was methodical, and made observations and recommendations as she worked. She provided a much more complete explanation of my options with the service and took my service to a new level of professionalism.

Jeremy was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do, completed the work efficiently and explained the work again.
Do NOT trust EcoShield Pest Solutions or their door-to-door salespeople.A slimy, ruthless salesman named Gauge showed up at my door and pushed me into signing. He was aggressive, high-pressure, and completely downplayed or hid the real terms. Once you try to cancel, they hit you with a cancellation fee even though…

Blake may have done a great job, I don’t know. I canceled any service first thing Monday through Jason, my inspector. I am paying a monthly fee already and I…
Tyler was awesome…. Professional and knowledgeable
Because I have moved out of a storage unit, and have undoubtedly placed stacks of boxes in front of bait stations in the garage, John very kindly agreed to add a couple more. The one old bait station that we found was totally empty.. so they're obviously being visited. I appreciated all that he did. Also, John is awfully nice and polite.
Dakota is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He probably deserves a pay raise!
Ali was great and meticulous!
Jeff was very informative. His knowledge of insects and the products used is extensive. Joey (sales and inspection) also very knowledgeable. Both were friendly , courteous and had no problems answering my many questions. Had no intentions of hiring anyone but so glad I did. Thanx again guys!!

Ecoshield is an absolute scam. Fell prey to a door to door salesman shortly after buying my first home. I signed up for 5 quartley $189 treatments, and I was warned there was a $250 early termination fee. I was impressed by the 1st and 2nd visit and did see a significant decrease in pest activity, but it started…
Tech was polite, worked hard and explained what he did. Also went beyond his duties and removed some fallen branches from the roof with his extended pole. Very helpful.

Geji was professional and personable and such a delightful, cheery person. She not only took care of my needs but made me smile as well.

Make it nearly impossible to cancel offer “discounts” when trying to cancel and still charge you full price and their phone center is nearly impossible to understand this place is a nightmare to deal with and would not recommend to anyone
We hired EcoShield for wildlife exclusion due to rodent and woodpecker activity inside and outside of the house. This review covers the foundation rodent exclusion. Thomas and his crew identified activity outside the house and covered those areas of rodent entry, and placed bait traps in the basement interior.…

Great work and timing we have spiders John was great on time and thorough thanks.
My initial review stemmed from a link EcoShield sent me after a customer service call. I simply wanted to share that I felt the service I received was overpriced — that’s all. I’m not saying the service itself isn’t good; the technician was polite and professional. I just know there are other pest control companies…

Dishonest, pushy, and completely ineffective — avoid Ecoshield at all costs! Ecoshield’s sales tactics are incredibly aggressive and misleading. They pressure you into signing a contract that’s practically impossible to escape without paying a ridiculous cancellation fee — which ends up costing more than the…
