Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.

I met Alicia for the first time, although she has provided service many times before. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why it was important. My house has been in great shape ever since she started.

Tyler was awesome…. Professional and knowledgeable

Because I have moved out of a storage unit, and have undoubtedly placed stacks of boxes in front of bait stations in the garage, John very kindly agreed to add a couple more. The one old bait station that we found was totally empty.. so they're obviously being visited. I appreciated all that he did. Also, John is awfully nice and polite.

Dakota is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He probably deserves a pay raise!

Tech was polite, worked hard and explained what he did. Also went beyond his duties and removed some fallen branches from the roof with his extended pole. Very helpful.

Zach did a through exam on our yard and found some rodent activity and quickly put up some rodent bases. Cleaned up all the winter junk getting ready for a big & rodent free spring.

Scott is very friendly and thorough. This is our second time having him and we really like him. He listens and tells us exactly what he’s planning to do. I feel he is a trustworthy person. He gives off that vibe. Hope we get him every time.

Love EcoShield and Justin did a great job, sprayed, checked the mouse bait, swept the garage of spider webs and answered several questions. Also knocked down some pesky wasp nests and probably a few other items I forgot to mention. And he was friendly and polite and knowledgeable. Kudos to you Justin!

Scott was professional and arrived at start of schedule time. After inspection gave detailed review. Have to say compared to other larger companies that always canceled apt due to my location, I love the flexibility and not having to worry they will not show up.

Kyle Caudill came to my door selling pest control services from EcoShield. I already had service through another company, but Kyle was kind, knowledgeable, and competent and offered me more pest coverage through EcoShield than the company I was currently with. I'm glad I trusted him! The service was exactly what Kyle promised.

Awful company. 0 stars. They basically do nothing but come put out bait stations 3 times a year and brush off the windows. Pests galore even after calling.
