Great job

Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.

He was kind, professional and covered every detail.

Beware of what you signed up for. I was told by Zach who came knocked on my door that this can be cancelled at anytime at no extra cost, but when I called to cancel, I was told I will be charge $250 for cancelling. Scott was professional and arrived at start of schedule time. After inspection gave detailed review. Have to say compared to other larger companies that always canceled apt due to my location, I love the flexibility and not having to worry they will not show up.

Kyle Caudill came to my door selling pest control services from EcoShield. I already had service through another company, but Kyle was kind, knowledgeable, and competent and offered me more pest coverage through EcoShield than the company I was currently with. I'm glad I trusted him! The service was exactly what Kyle promised.

He was very nice, explained the service he provided and added some extra mouse bait since ours was gone and we live surrounded by woods. He also reminded us to keep pets off lawn for an hour.
