Great job

Ali is very thorough, even told us to remove hummingbird feeders so the spray wouldn't contaminate the feeder earlier this summer. Spider population was very low this summer, and with living on a lake, that is saying something! Ali answered all our question with knowledge & confidence.

He was kind, professional and covered every detail.

Jeff was so amazing, so thorough and explained everything he did! Treated things that were never addressed by our previous company! Love the fact they they stand behind their work and promise extermination of so many insects and rodents! Felt so great about their service and so glad they came to our door because of more neighbors switching to EcoShield!

Because I have moved out of a storage unit, and have undoubtedly placed stacks of boxes in front of bait stations in the garage, John very kindly agreed to add a couple more. The one old bait station that we found was totally empty.. so they're obviously being visited. I appreciated all that he did. Also, John is awfully nice and polite.

Ali is a terrific young lady who is very knowledgeable about the use of pesticides around my home. She is careful around the birds we have here too!

Friendly and fast!

Tech was polite, worked hard and explained what he did. Also went beyond his duties and removed some fallen branches from the roof with his extended pole. Very helpful.

Zach did a through exam on our yard and found some rodent activity and quickly put up some rodent bases. Cleaned up all the winter junk getting ready for a big & rodent free spring.

Mason is always super communicative, good to our dogs and is very mindful about making sure our large wooded property is always covered when it come to chipmunks, spiders. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Ecoshield and always appreciate mason’s care when he’s on property.

I appreciate the door hanger card. Im usually not home during service times. That card tells me what was completed and if the treatment completed aligns with my needs. I like it!!!

I was not home but it looks like Tim did a great job. Spider webs are gone ( which is a big issue here.) I love not having webs and spiders everywhere! He also put out a bait box(?) for small critters.

Beware of what you signed up for. I was told by Zach who came knocked on my door that this can be cancelled at anytime at no extra cost, but when I called to cancel, I was told I will be charge $250 for cancelling. Steven performed the 1st application and was courteous and knowledgeable. The wasps in the siding have been addressed and looking forward to a safer (sting free) environment, as well as deterring other pests.

Scott was professional and arrived at start of schedule time. After inspection gave detailed review. Have to say compared to other larger companies that always canceled apt due to my location, I love the flexibility and not having to worry they will not show up.

Jonathan always does great work. Knocks on the door to ask if I have any areas that I think need special attention, always lets me know exactly what will be done that day and is extremely thorough. Great customer service skills and is always friendly and professional!

Kyle Caudill came to my door selling pest control services from EcoShield. I already had service through another company, but Kyle was kind, knowledgeable, and competent and offered me more pest coverage through EcoShield than the company I was currently with. I'm glad I trusted him! The service was exactly what Kyle promised.
