I am very, very unhappy with this service. They did not keep their word from the get go. They refused to close up holes in order to ensure that mice wouldn't come into my house, even when I offered to pay them more. When I tried to cancel my service, they wanted to charge me a $200 cancellation fee.

Christian came to our home during the scheduled time window. We talked about a wasp nest & he noticed we had a tree recently removed. He informed me that removing the tree may drive insects to search for food elsewhere -- namely our home. He treated for the wasps, around the tree stump, and the normal treatment as well. I am very satisfied with the service that I received today. My tech Mitchell was very professional, efficient, fast, and polite. The entire process was explained to me in full detail and he showed enduring patience, and an exemplary attitude overall. I would definitely recommend this service to others!

Darien was the service rep that came to our residence and treated the home. Darien was on time, friendly and explained everything well. He was very patient around visiting family that kept getting in the way. Darien is always welcome in our home.

I recommend Ecoshield for any pest control needs. We have many older trees, and due to the soil makeup in our neighborhood, ants were constantly a problem.
