SCAM will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. Then when you cancel their service for not following the procedures that were sold to you they stick you with a $250 cancelation fee. GOOD LUCK if you want to dispute the bill either! Unfortunately weather changes (warmer climates) have greatly increased tick populations. The increase of Lyme disease cases is a direct result.

Edit: this company starts out great. Gets the job done but after while start ro cut corners. Started using treatments they use in w9nter for summertime rain time.
