Nick was very thourough. Came in, checked all the bait traps and replaced those that had been eaten at. Told me that it appeared there was no recent activity in the traps, that most of it was old. Went around the house removing webs and checking for new entrance points into the house.

EcoShield has worked great the past year I have had their services. The technicians have been great. Alexis was here today and she was very courteous and did a great job.

I had a problem with the schedule for our quarterly inspection. Dennis was able to find a date and time that met both our needs. My inspection was completed and I was able to meet with Dennis. He did an excellent job and was very helpful.

Mia helped me with sending out my current invoice (e-mail) and the summary of work done via regular USPS mail for work done on Oct. 6. ( I usually receive both by e-mail.)

I have been using Ecoshield for over three years now and can say the only insects I ever see in and around my house are small spiders.
