Courtney was friendly, respectful, and experienced. I asked her a question and she lanswered it with the right answer!

Antonio did a great job fix my issue on second floor wasp nests and also provide an inspection for the noise in my walls. He did a thorough job on applying chemicals around my house to prevent insects.

Edit: this company starts out great. Gets the job done but after while start ro cut corners. Started using treatments they use in w9nter for summertime rain time. Granulation Barrier, Dewebbed exterior and sprayed for ants, spiders, bees, mosquitoes, and other insects. Service was excellent and price is very reasonable.

Our service technician, Jack, has been great. He arrives a few minutes early, explains what he will be doing during the service, and makes a point to touch base when he is done. Talon was amazing, extremely thorough and spent a lot of time at our property. However, the issue was not taken care of, had a second person out here to do it again. Then ended up with bees in our house from their services. Horrible. Tried cancelling and they said they don't guarantee getting rid of them. Don't do it. Horrible company
