This review is for Katy the customer service rep. She was speedy with answers and handled my issues in less than two minutes. If the rest of their customer service is so pleasant this company would have no competition.

Very crooked company, they lie and in the winter they only do half services promised but charge full price, not worth the price and very hard to cancel! You can get the same service for $35 elsewhere! If you sign you are locked in and in for a headache! Don't use this company !

Jay M was very helpful with my concerns and made sure I was directed to the appropriate person I needed to cosult with.

Charles came in and did the work he did an excellent job

This company puts you on an iron clad contract which is impossible to get out of and calls and texts non stop with #'s that lead to an automated machine to schedule, reschedule, confirm. It is beyond disruptive and annoying. They would not even stop till my term was up as you cant cancel even though i did not want any more contacts from them ever again.

Michael was professional enough to do service

Faith was very helpful, polite and professional. She pointed out holes in the exterior that needed to be filled and filled them for us

I did not understand the billing and payments needed. Josh showed patients and knowledge during his explanation and we were able to resolve the problem. EcoShield's Training program must be very good. It's always difficult to deal with a customer service rep who cannot answer your questions. Thanks again for your help. Joe

Very professional experience but Chris. Good advice regarding mice entering the house.

Total crooks! Failed to provide the service on time, as promised with multiple broken time appointments. When I finally got fed up and cancelled my contract for the failure to perform they turned me over to a collection agency. Don't make the same mistake with this company. Can not be trusted.

David and Jamichael were great. Fast, friendly amen effective.

When first approached, the main discussion was regarding mosquitos. I appreciate the lower insect population (not many to begin with), however after the first two treatments there has been nothing done regarding mosquitos. Be sure to get the sales person to show and FULLY disclose what is being treated. Ty's… Read full review
