Edit: this company starts out great. Gets the job done but after while start ro cut corners. Started using treatments they use in w9nter for summertime rain time. Pests increase and dont ever decrease and them tjey ignore calls. Be careful you will have to atay on them to do job correctly. James was amazing. Did… Read full review

Have polite, and helpful. Very happy with the company and your people.Charles, Vonte, Mike, Joe Mcewan, Dale, Michael Stone, Mike Powell & Chris Hart

Coner the sales rep and Harrison the tech are the most friendly kind people I have done business with in a very long time. So hard to find great cearing young folks like these. So far very pleased

Do not use this service. 1. You will be scammed into a long term contract. Sales people are trained to lie. They will tell you that you can cancel at anytime which is a total lie. 2. You will spend hours on the phone with outsourced customer service. Overseas. 3. They will give you a runaround for weeks. 4. Service… Read full review

Very polite and professional. Covered all the areas we were informed about

Michael. came to the house on time and explained everything in detail, he did a great job inside and outside of the house. Loved the overall experience.

Anthony has provided good service with checking all the areas around the house and cleaning. Recommend EcoShield without any hesitation!

I had some questions about my services, the cost, and what they entailed. Luna was very patient and helpful, addressing all my concerns

Talon and Davonte were exceptional! Very professional and thorough with his inspection. Took care of all the webs and egg sacks around the house and explained in detail what he took care of for me on the visit! Going to request him for all future appointments!

Micheal S. Did a great job at our home today. Nice polite knowledgeable young man. Very happy with this service.

Talon was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and answered all questions I had. He is a great ambassador for your company and has an exemplary work ethic! I would like him to stay as my service technician indefinitely!

Anthony is the most respectful person and any questions I have, he is always happy to explain! Thank you Anthony for your kindness and continued professional service!

Michael s

Yhanz in customer service went out of her way to address my temporary service needs while I was traveling. Professional, articulate, and responsive (with an “ideal type” telephone voice, if such a thing exists!)

Anthony was very helpful and informative. It was a pleasure talking to him about the bug nests he blocked for us.

Today I had Anthony…he was amazing!! Went above and beyond service!! I would trust him with every treatment. Thank you for hiring such amazing technicians!!

Ethan was very informative, kind, thorough, and helpful!

Highly recommend 👌ask for ceaser

This company has exceptional customer service. Today I spoke with Brett regarding rescheduling my appointment. He was fabulous and most delightful. He is a gem of an employee and should be recognized by the company. Excellent engagement with customers he made me feel really good about the company

The salesman, Fred Cregar, was professional and informative. The technician, Jackson Marquis, was also very professional, arrived at exactly the appointment time and performed a thorough inspection and treatment. This is my first time using this company and I was very impressed.

Kevin and Jackson were very professional, friendly, answered all questions I had. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for pest control. I love that the product is eco friendly, safe for pets and children. Thank you!

Heather, Dale and the team are very responsive and helpful. A great company to work with.

Very crooked company, they lie and in the winter they only do half services promised but charge full price, not worth the price and very hard to cancel! You can get the same service for $35 elsewhere! If you sign you are locked in and in for a headache! Don't use this company !

Charles does a great job when he’s out to let us know exactly what he sees. He also lets us know what time of year it is in relationship to what insects are doing and what to expect. We live in the woods have a lot of insects. It’s good to have someone so knowledgeable and does an overall great job.

Charles was my service man and he was extremely friendly and efficient!

This company puts you on an iron clad contract which is impossible to get out of and calls and texts non stop with #'s that lead to an automated machine to schedule, reschedule, confirm. It is beyond disruptive and annoying. They would not even stop till my term was up as you cant cancel even though i did not want any more contacts from them ever again.

Brendan was prompt, professional and efficient. Went above and beyond in communication and quality. Thanks!

Faith mayfield was very professional and did an excellent job.

John brown today did a very thorough job in my pest control

Charles did a truly excellent job with my issues! I have had no problems since he took such great care of us. I cannot recommend them enough, call them today to make your bug problems go away!

Sasha is always on time and he s very dedicated - great guy and great service

I was serviced by chase today and he took good care of the house

EcoShield has always done a good job cleaning the exterior of my home. I’ve used them for several years and they’re always professional and thorough. Donnie was my tech today and he did a wonderful job communicating some concerns that he saw and problem solving to get them resolved. Absolutely outstanding, above and beyond customer service!
