Professional and complete initial service

Moses and Dave were great to work with. Well informed, professional and personable. Got the job done quickly and completely.

Harrell did a nice job spraying for spiders and ants.

Blake did a great job. He paid attention to detail and made sure all areas were treated. He went above and beyond. Very pleased with the service.

Harrell was on time for my service and very thorough. Presented a professional look and spoke plainly for me to understand. Bonus. He wasn’t scared when my dog bolted out of the house to great him.

Eric B came out to do my initial treatment & he was wonderful! Super informative, I felt like I knew exactly what was going on & what to expect next! Couldn’t have asked for a better more well informed tech!

Blake was awesome and thorough. EcoShield was good about automated reminders and what was happening when. The safe for pets and monthly payment were nice to have. I would have loved to signup online, select and pay, but just a heads up you have to go though a call to discuss the signup and what you need. Overall happy with the experience

First time Ecoshield at my house. Excellent service and very personable/kind.

Brenden was our door to door salesman, which caught me off guard, but we had been looking for an exterminator to treat for bugs and pests - so the timing was right. We had our initial treatment by Eric and he was great, timely and he explained everything that he was going to do. He treated the inside and out, so now we wait. He was very thorough.

Great and very through job

Dave did a super job you could tell from how meticulous he was going around the house that eaves, the windows that he really loved doing his work. He took great pride and what he did and I appreciate that. Hope he remains my primary technician. Love to have him all the time.

Recently had technician, Harrell V., come service my home. He was extremely polite and helpful. He did a very thorough job getting all the nooks and crannies of my garden/garage and let me know when he started and finished so I could keep my pets indoors. Lovely guy! Would welcome him back anytime.

While I had good results when they did come, it has been since winter, and no ecoshield to get ahead of the bug season here in Michigan. Our main concern Is the rat problem he didn't put any bate traps I had to tell him to put a trap down! Also we have a wasp nest he wasn't aware of , these things were discussed previously, Harrel said he would send someone to take care of the nest ! Communication ? I hope we can take care of these things!

Great service with good people

He sprayed something that hopefully will stop ants from exploring into our home. I am hoping that it does not get washed away by all of the rain that we are getting.

Aubrey was super nice and took care of a problem I had at the house without even asking me. He just informed me afterwards on his way.
