Brenden was our door to door salesman, which caught me off guard, but we had been looking for an exterminator to treat for bugs and pests - so the timing was right. We had our initial treatment by Eric and he was great, timely and he explained everything that he was going to do. He treated the inside and out, so now we wait. He was very thorough.

Recently had technician, Harrell V., come service my home. He was extremely polite and helpful. He did a very thorough job getting all the nooks and crannies of my garden/garage and let me know when he started and finished so I could keep my pets indoors. Lovely guy! Tim is the best EcoShield tech we’ve had over the last couple of years. He was very kind and knew exactly how to tackle the concerns we addressed since the last quarterly spray. We would love to have Tim be our recurring tech if possible!!

While I wasn’t home to meet Ethan, and results of his pest treatment will take time to develop I expect good results. The representative with whom I signed-up (Jules) demonstrated solid technical understanding of her business, took the time convince me that her ethos brooks no mediocrity, and was pleasant throughout.
