First time Ecoshield at my house. Excellent service and very personable/kind.

Brenden was our door to door salesman, which caught me off guard, but we had been looking for an exterminator to treat for bugs and pests - so the timing was right. We had our initial treatment by Eric and he was great, timely and he explained everything that he was going to do. He treated the inside and out, so now we wait. He was very thorough.

Our main concern Is the rat problem he didn't put any bate traps I had to tell him to put a trap down! Also we have a wasp nest he wasn't aware of , these things were discussed previously, Harrel said he would send someone to take care of the nest ! Communication ? I hope we can take care of these things!

Dave who came out and did the treatment and Jordan the sales guy are two good dudes. Very informative and I would Highly recommend this company!

Assistance with ensuring date was scheduled on a day that I was available. Professional and corrected the conflict of appointment. Jez was of great assistance and provided good information on taking care of the pest issue in my garage. This was covered as an annual review and Believe coverage in the price they are better priced than most options.

Mia helped me with the process of scheduling a rodent extermination. She was very clear about the process and what will happen next.

Syed was friendly and respectful. Listened and took care of our service.

Obviously EcoShield is doing a good job because I have no issues with any rodents, bugs, ants or anything else.

Jill was very polite and extremely helpful setting up an in house inspection for spiders in the finished basement and a dead mouse I found behind the furnace!
