EcoShield Pest Solutions

Ethan thoroughly explained his service and treatments today and I personally observed thre treatments being perfomed . He informed me both before and after he treatments and gave instructions on watering, pets etc. before he left. I felt very confident in the work that he did. Thank you again for a great experience.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. I've always been a thick skin "let them eat" kind of person about bugs. My wife does not share that sentiment. We recently purchased a property on the river and needless to say the bugs are far worse. This company is thorough with their work and prompt in responding… Read full review

Great work as always. Thanks for the professional and cordial service!

Great job!!!

Patrick gave phenomenal service. We’ve had Eco for years now and are never disappointed. They always go above and beyond — especially yesterday when Patrick pointed out a few things around the perimeter of our home that we likely wouldn’t have noticed right away, and that could have turned into much bigger issues if… Read full review

Thomas Dorch is excellent! Very attentive to details, very consistent and very thorough.

--update, after going back and forth on this far more times than I have time for, and after dealing with what sounded like a typical offshore call center to no avail, and aubsequently threatened with a cancellation fee that had never been mentioned previously, I was contacted by someone from another local office… Read full review

Jamarr was great! He inquired about how the last service went, if there were any specific problem areas that needed extra attention, and asked if I had any concerns. Looking forward to having no more spiders!

The service technician Jamarr was professional, prompt, and there was a noticeable reduction in mosquitos after the first application.

First application for mosquitoes was great. The tech spent about an hour covering our entire property. The next application, about a month later, the tech spent a total of 10 minutes from getting out of the truck, putting on the equipment and applying the treatment. Our lot is 1.5 acres. I don't think he made it… Read full review

Derrick did a great job. Very happy with the work he performed! We are not happy with EcoShield at all, but at least they sent us out a very nice, friendly, hard working tech. Our issues with EcoShield have NOTHING to do with Derrick, but I would be remiss if I didn’t take this opportunity to speak up regarding the… Read full review

They have the worst quality n service ever. Nick knocked at my door said one thing but my charges say something else. It’s hard to get a hold of them, they auto charge me and not even show up. I called to get refund for the service they didn’t provide me and now telling me they won’t stop my service because it’s a… Read full review

Christine D was very professional and friendly.

Not impressed. I signed up on late spring/early summer. The initial treatment seemed to go well. They didn't come back for the egg cycle treatment like they promised so I had to call multiple times until I could get someone out. They did the treatment in early July. I'm still seeing just as many bugs as before they… Read full review
