Audley Dunbar serviced/treated my property and he was very professional, courteous and thorough. Originally we weren’t going to be home so initial instructions were to just spray/treat the exterior. But my wife was home and he was unaware, so after leaving he circled back and treated the interior as well. He went…
He was very polite and professional.
I had a great experience with this pest control company from start to finish! Stephen Cotten introduced himself and very friendly and courteous. Stephen did his work in quick professional fashion.
Great technicians but horrible customer service. When we called back in May and canceled, the lady on the other end stated she would waive the cancellation fee. Months later we are being charged a cancellation fee and when we called the customer service guy was rude and unprofessional. Never again. We ended up finding another service .
He did a great job
home owners be aware! This specific location scams home owners for subscriptions. A salesperson knocks on my door when I have no soliciting sign on the door. I was very very very clear when they took my money for initial treatment that I want to see CONTINUOUS result (reduced pest presence) for at least 30 days…
Great pest control. Responsible work done to keep from contaminating my edible landscape. They even helped insulate my house and fix all the ingress points for pests.
I wasn’t home and could barely tell he was there which is a plus for us! It means the property was respected. The only evidence was the bait stations. Thank you!
Great and quick application.
Do not recommend. Paid over $3,000 for pest exclusion and still have rodents in the attic and carpenter ants in the house. Since paying them, they ignore my phone calls and have completely no-showed to appointments three times in just two months. When they finally did turn up, they didn't even bring ladders to do…
