Jonathan S. was courteous. Sprayed around the house, put down granules and replaced the traps in the garage. He had no quarrels with me asking him to take down a wasp nest which I had forgotten. I very much appreciated his attitude and demeanor. Great customer service!

I just want to say thank you to Joe from ecostar. While he was doing a treatment on our house my kids noticed our pet bird had passed away. Joe was so nice and helped us break up the soil so we could lay our pet to rest in our yard. He was so nice and professional. We love ecostar!

The tech let me know when he was about to start and when he completed. He asked if there were troubled areas. He also told me of additional trouble spots which he treated. Great service.

⭐️ 1 STAR — DO NOT RECOMMEND Our experience with EcoStar Pest Control has been extremely disappointing. Before EcoStar ever started servicing our home, we had only a minor ant issue in the backyard. It was manageable and, most importantly, we did not have an ant infestation inside our home. After EcoStar began coming out to treat the property, the ant problem progressively became worse and worse. What started as a few ants outside turned into ants spreading throughout the property and, eventually, taking over the inside of our house—something we never had to deal with before starting their service. We continued allowing them to come out and treat the property, expecting the problem to improve, but instead we watched the situation escalate. At this point, we are dealing with an infestation that we did not have before hiring this company. The most frustrating part is that we would love to cancel the service, but because of the contract, we were told that canceling would cost us more than simply continuing to make the monthly payments. So now we are essentially stuck paying for a service that, in our experience, has made the original problem significantly worse. A pest control company should be solving a pest problem—not leaving customers feeling like they have a bigger problem than when they started. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before signing a contract with EcoStar. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating, and based on what happened at our home, I cannot recommend their service.
