Knowledgable, professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Serge was a pleasure to work with.
I've been using Serge and Eco-Tek for over 2 years now. I have 4 treatments per year and have been nothing but satisfied. Each trip he is here exactly when he says he will be. This last treatment he postponed because the weather wasn't ideal for treatment, which was very impressive to me. When he arrives he explains…

Serge is friendly and a wealth of information on timing of when pests may become a problem, where they’re entering the home, and the safest, most effective ways to address concerns. EcoTek is a very professional company. They show up on time and get my property taken care of in a timely fashion. I have been using them since we moved in 3 years ago and planning to continue.
Best customer service I have ever had. Serge is so knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and he truly cares about people. I will never use another pest control.
We used EcoTek a few years ago for a wasp problem and we were so happy with the service, we called them again for my daughter‘s home. Once again, Serge was professional and complete and thorough and I can’t give him a high enough review! We appreciate EcoTek so very much!
The service tech was so knowledgeable and explained the services they offered. He did a great job clearing webs, getting 3 wasp nests down and spraying the yard, garage and inside the house. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.
Very thoural. Pleasant to work with and will come back, no problem, if a problem persists. Much more pleasant outside without the bugs.
