Great service. Sergei is very professional. Since using them we no longer have a mouse problem
My folks recommended EcoTek to me. Had Serge out to assess my property and then back to treat for spiders and install a few rodent bait stations (to make sure there are no unwanted guests seeking refuge as the weather turns). Really impressed with the cost per quarter and how easy everything has been on my end.…
The communication is wonderful, I am always informed of visits ahead of time, I can easily reschedule and I am given a written explanation of what was found and treated. Serge is kind and efficient. He educates me about what he is finding and how is is dealing with it.
I have been using EcoTek for years. Serge is always the one who takes care of my home. I can trust him to be there when he says he’s going to be there. I also get the best service ever. He always explains what he’s doing. He’s always kind and EcoTek has always been very fair in pricing. I would recommend anyone…
Serge is friendly and a wealth of information on timing of when pests may become a problem, where they’re entering the home, and the safest, most effective ways to address concerns. He uses less toxic means of addressing pests at my home because avoidance of exposures to unwanted toxins is important to me and my…
Eco-Tek has been taking care of our house for several years. They are always very professional and pleasant to have in and around our home. They have taken care of all of our pest problems that arise promptly and are very easy to work with!
Best customer service I have ever had. Serge is so knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and he truly cares about people. I will never use another pest control.
Update to my original 2024 review: I continue to have Serge come out quarterly to maintain my rodent control. I have an even higher opinion of EcoTek than I did at the beginning. They are extremely attentive to my scheduling needs and schedule times that work for me. They always come on time and let me know via…
The service tech was so knowledgeable and explained the services they offered. He did a great job clearing webs, getting 3 wasp nests down and spraying the yard, garage and inside the house. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.
Serge is very attentive and knowledgeable. He communicates very well and the service is always efficient, easy, and reliable.
Very thoural. Pleasant to work with and will come back, no problem, if a problem persists. Much more pleasant outside without the bugs.
We've been using EkoTek for a little over 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Serge is always super nice, easy to talk to, and does a great job. He's always happy to answer our questions and never makes us feel rushed. One thing we really appreciate is that if we ever have any concerns between…
We’ve had a great experience with EcoTek. Serge has been our technician for the past year and we appreciate his knowledge and transparency about mouse infestation and cost. We highly recommend their services. Thank you EcoTek!
We have nothing but good things to say about Serge and EcoTek Pest Control. They are very professional and punctual. We have been using them for about 9 months for a mouse infestation in our garage and under our deck. We have not seen or smelt a mouse since Serge came the first time. We are very satisfied.
This company is amazing! Very professional and comprehensive and a great value. Highly recommend!
Absolutely best customer service I’ve seen. Thank you so much for having speedy response and consideration of my pets in the needs of removing the unwanted little brats. It’s great to support locally owned businesses.
We just had them come out. Serge was absolutely wonderful. We were very panicked with the mouse situation and a previous exterminator not really doing much of anything for us. He did a very thorough inspection and found where they were coming from. Set up bait traps and gave us a time line of what to expect. Was…
This company was really something from beginning to end. Professional, timely, honest and their work is amazing. No more mice or spiders. Im so thankful.
They showed up on time. Did a good inspection. Quality work.
Very easy to communicate with. Got the job done quick and effective! Would definitely recommend.
