I’ve been using EcoTek for quite a few years now, and both of my sons use them too. We’re on a regular maintenance schedule and their service works — we don’t have problems with spiders or other pests, which is exactly what I’m paying for! Serge is the one who comes out to my house and he has customer service…
I've been using Serge and Eco-Tek for over 2 years now. I have 4 treatments per year and have been nothing but satisfied. Each trip he is here exactly when he says he will be. This last treatment he postponed because the weather wasn't ideal for treatment, which was very impressive to me. When he arrives he explains…
My folks recommended EcoTek to me. Had Serge out to assess my property and then back to treat for spiders and install a few rodent bait stations (to make sure there are no unwanted guests seeking refuge as the weather turns). Really impressed with the cost per quarter and how easy everything has been on my end.…
The communication is wonderful, I am always informed of visits ahead of time, I can easily reschedule and I am given a written explanation of what was found and treated. Serge is kind and efficient. He educates me about what he is finding and how is is dealing with it.
I have been using EcoTek for years. Serge is always the one who takes care of my home. I can trust him to be there when he says he’s going to be there. I also get the best service ever. He always explains what he’s doing. He’s always kind and EcoTek has always been very fair in pricing. I would recommend anyone…
Serge is friendly and a wealth of information on timing of when pests may become a problem, where they’re entering the home, and the safest, most effective ways to address concerns. He uses less toxic means of addressing pests at my home because avoidance of exposures to unwanted toxins is important to me and my…
Super fast affordable and friendly service!
The service tech was so knowledgeable and explained the services they offered. He did a great job clearing webs, getting 3 wasp nests down and spraying the yard, garage and inside the house. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.
Serge is very attentive and knowledgeable. He communicates very well and the service is always efficient, easy, and reliable.
Excellent work! Sergio is always very helpful, prompt, and informative to questions. Great company, highly recommended. They do alot of work and will warranty if need be for the price I pay.
Very thoural. Pleasant to work with and will come back, no problem, if a problem persists. Much more pleasant outside without the bugs.
We've been using EkoTek for a little over 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Serge is always super nice, easy to talk to, and does a great job. He's always happy to answer our questions and never makes us feel rushed. One thing we really appreciate is that if we ever have any concerns between…
The service is excellent. They always show up right in time. Everything is explained thoroughly
Absolutely best customer service I’ve seen. Thank you so much for having speedy response and consideration of my pets in the needs of removing the unwanted little brats. It’s great to support locally owned businesses.
Really happy I went through them! Very professional, thorough, and effective! Would highly recommend. My spider problem is taken care of thanks to Serge and his team! Thank you Ecotek!
Highly recommend. Serge was my tech and he was polite, fast, friendly, and efficient. They did a 1 time service and took care of the bees that were in my retaining wall that I couldn't get to with cans of spray, then sprayed the perimeter of the house for other pests. They didn't push any extra services or any…
This company was really something from beginning to end. Professional, timely, honest and their work is amazing. No more mice or spiders. Im so thankful.
Eco Tek has been to my home twice. The technicians have been very professional and informative...last year when we first called, we had an ant infestation..the services did as expected and repelled the ants. We have had no issues since, but are now working with Eco Tek to prevent any future insect events.. Thanks you for the professional services.
Great customer service, communicated exactly what was going to happen and was fast and efficient and took the time to meet our needs. Highly recommend them.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Very easy to communicate with. Got the job done quick and effective! Would definitely recommend.
Technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my question. He took time to get all the cobwebs from hard to reach spots. Will be having them come back out to help keep the bugs away.
Great service! Serge was on time and very professional. I like that their sprays are eco-friendly and safe near pets and kids. I’ll definitely be using their services again.
EcoTek is professional, eco friendly and were quick to respond when i requested from them. Highly Recommend!
