Darren came to our home, on a days notice of newly discovered mice in our attic. Darren is very professional, thorough, and great at explaining the reasoning behind what he's doing. I'd give him six stars if I could! I've already scheduled a follow-up with him . Justin SG
Tim did an amazing job as usual. He was very thorough and investigative. He developed a strategy for a new infestation that seems to be working well. Another time, Bryan came out. He cleaned out the dead mice, re-baited all the traps, and even taught me ways that I can help clear the mice out of my house and keep the mice away.
Brian, is a great technician, he even dusted under my eves, I can tell you my old pest company didn't go to that extent. Very considerate and polite, I am pleased with the customer service, thank you.

David Huizar returned Dec 1, 2025 to recheck ALL bait devices placed in my home the prior week, no activity. He also checked the boxes outside he had placed for Rats next to neighbor's property last week. Some bait was gone. He added some more bait. David plans to return in 10 days. David is always pleasant and calls before he arrives. Thank you, David
