Washing Machine would shake out of the washroom. Said I had a bent barrel and suggested buy a new washer. I bought new suspension rods but had someone else install. Works perfectly since July. Cheaper than a new washer. Do not recommend.

Tyler came and cleared the error code on my kitchenAid dishwasher. He charged normal service fee. All was great until the error returned after one full cycle. He wanted to charge a 2nd service fee. He is very good at clearing an error code but not so good with diagnostics.
I have been a client of EDH Appliance Repair for 5 years. Tyler has helped my family with our washer, dryer, refrigerator, and built-in microwave. Every time I have needed help, the response time was very fast! Tyler always provides a thorough diagnostic inspection and gives clear explanations as to what is causing the problem. I very much appreciate the honest advice he gives about whether it makes more sense to repair or replace an appliance. When replacing was the best option, he also provided excellent recommendations for what to look for when shopping for a replacement. I definitely will continue to use and highly recommend EDH Appliance repair!

Probably about one hour. He was gracious, friendly and came across as extremely honest. I'd call him again for any appliance issues in our future.
I have used this Co. in the past and was very impressed. Tyler is such a good Tech in his field. He could dignose what's wrong pretty quickly and make the necessary repairs in no time. His pricing is fair, and today, i called and he promptly came to fix my problem. I will always look to him for my appliance needs.

I broke the glass top on my range and EDH AR took the time to give me a quote on repairing it. The cost of the new unit and the repair were almost the same. So that made the choice easy. I wanted to thank them for taking the time to put together that quote.

Tyler is great! Our frig water hose went out and he came out gave us a good quote and as soon as the part arrived he came back when he said he would and fixed our refrigerator. He does great work and gave us a good price. Would call him out again if we have any issues with our appliances for sure.

Called Tyler to have him look at our trash compactor that was not working. We explained what was happening, told him the year, model number and brand of our appliance.
When he arrived, he looked at the unit, checked for parts on his phone and said he couldn’t repair because parts were no longer available. Was here 10 mins and charged us $100!
IDK, maybe he could have researched prior to the visit and let us know there were no parts available to repair this unit and saved the trip over and charging us a service fee for nothing.

Had an awful experience. Paid 400 dollars for him to fix our dishwasher. He assured us that we needed a specific part and he knew what was wrong. We paid 400 dollars and waited over a week for him to come out and replace the part. Turns out, the part he replaced didn’t fix the dishwasher, and he didn’t know what was wrong. He suggested we replace another part for another 400 dollars to fix it. We asked for our money back and he pretty much ran out of our house because he knew he messed up.
He is now refusing to give us money back through text. Not at any point did he say this might or might not fix the problem. He told us it will fix it. Super unprofessional and bad business etiquette.
