After using another company that tried to push selling "new tanks" and other services, I called Powell and Zach came out explained what issues the tank and well were having and then gave me multiple options. We called Powell Pump & Well when we had a water pressure issue in our home, and within 2 days had someone out to the house to take a look. Very professional! Called back when promised, prompt service. Len is a craftsman! Great attention to detail. Friendly, first rate service.
Big thank you to Zach, and Ethan too, who came to the rescue when our water stopped in the middle of my husband's shower last Friday. We've used Powell for years, and they have always been good, especially in emergency situations.
I called the emergency line last night at 8pm, and by 8am I received a call from Zach who was out within 2 hours. He was friendly, and got the job done efficiently/effectively. Powell had great customer service when we used them for our well inspection 2 years ago, and they just keep getting better. Thanks, Zach!!!

We have used Powell for over 15 years and have always been happy with their service. Recently we needed a new well drilled with a new pump. The guys who drilled the well worked all day without a break. They were here 3 days drilling. They were polite, nice and cleaned up after themselves. All the people I have had…
