Robert completed the maintenance on the HVAC system for winter service. Everything seemed to be within specification.
During the fall maintenance, the technician noticed that the ductwork had separated from the unit so he taped it back up and heat flow into the house increased dramatically.
They were very responsive and knowledgeable. The price they quoted was less than we expected. On time and very professional. Will definitely use them again and refer them to others.Robert was terrific.
John arrived @ the appointment time, called first to verify. He replaced my photoelectric smoke alarms and coordinated their signaling. He replaced my 10 year old smoke alarms with the most up to date. John was very courteous and respectful, a true professional. He completed the work, explained the work he had done…
Chris Randolph was excellent! Friendly and very informative about what he did. He suggested a humidifier but wasn’t pushy about it. I hope he’s still with Efficient Systems next year for our furnace check-up!

Efficiency Heating & Cooling technician Robert provided exceptional care in replacing a heating element for my furnace. He installed it speedily and showed me what was needed and the removal and replacement of the devices. Exceptional service provided by Robert.
