Had the pleasure of having Tristan come to our new home and install a security system. He spent the entire day making sure the system was done perfectly - he was a consummate professional, very friendly, answered all of our questions and was fantastic!
He even helped connect a lot of my other devices to the brinks app for my convenience. He went totally above and beyond! Very detail oriented - even appreciated him taking his shoes off every time he came inside (which he didn’t need to at all).
I have dealt with many contractors and service providers since buying my home and Tristan is as good as it gets. Thank you Tristan and ProTecht!

My home alarm system (not ProTech) was beeping, and I couldn't get it to stop. Single mom here. Called ProTech and talked to Tristan. I assumed I needed a service call. Instead, Tristan walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem over the phone. Wow! ProTech could have easily charged me for a service call for a simple fix but no. That high level of customer service is missing these days. ProTech, way to go! You have a gem in Tristan and a new committed customer!! Thank you!
