Andre did an excellent job and the office kept us informed of the appointment.
When you find substantial evidence of leaking rusty water on and around your hot water heater, you know you have a problem. When you call E K Coggin and the next morning they send Andre, you know your problem is about to be fixed. Within a few hours the 15 year old gas water heater was replaced, the floor…
Curt and Mike were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work was exceptional. I have had at least 4 plumbing companies in my home in the last 30 years and this company is the best!
These guys were great! In and out in an hour or so. Super nice and very professional
After being ghosted by a previous plumber, our Ferguson rep recommended EK Coggin. The employees at Coggin were responsive and professional. All we had to do was pick out the toilets we wanted, they did the rest. After installing the toilets they didn't leave until they were sure the toilets worked and there were…
Upgrading the bathroom with new toilet and faucet, Robert was timely, explains what needed to be done and cleans up after the job. Always so friendly, the best thing about calling these guys is getting a plumber that is personable and considerate.. Have trusted the company’s staff and experience for several years now. Thanks for another great job.
Professional and very thorough.
Robbie is so efficient and professional. Very good customer service. Would ask for him if any future work is needed.

Installed 3 new toilets, fixed a leak under sink and solved a few other plumbing issues for me in a timely matter and was very skilled at his craft! I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a professional plumbing company.
I called at 8:45 AM and disposal has been installed by 11:45 AM. Jack was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Coggins Plumbing. I called Coggin several months later because my kitchen sink was completely stopped up. Jack and Logan were here in less than 24 hours…

A+ organization, I highly recommend. We use E.K. Coggin on all our projects.
We always use Coggins for our plumbing needs. They provide excellent service. They are always professional and and courteous. They also clean up after themselves, which is an issue I experienced when using other plumbing services.

Came to inspect/replace garbage disposal, was able to get current unit working, didn't charge for the time. Full transparency on pricing, replaced old toilet while there (with a unit that actually works correctly). Gave us info on replacing water heater when required. All around professional and courteous service.
Joey and Jim were fantastic
Everything went according to plan. Friendly and polite, quick and professional. Well done I'm pleased
Prompt scheduling, decent rates. Roger really is the best! Friendly and knows his stuff. He came out to make something right that wasn’t done quite correctly and he did it with a smile. He let the other technician know what he had done wrong but did so as a mentor that wants to train someone to also be a…

Great company, fast, professional, decent price. Will use them for any future projects.
Roger came out the same day I called for service. I had several problems with my existing toilet so decided to replace it. The new toilet flushes with ease; you barely have to touch the handle to flush. It also fills the tank with water very quickly.
Joey T. did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Coggin Plumbing.
Excellent response, very capable technicians
Robbie was wonderful on time, professional and would highly recommend.
Knowledgeable repair man. I’ve used them several times now. They explained everything and were kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend
Extremely knowledgeable, always professional and top notch communication.
We had several things repaired. First our homeowners insurance company required two corroded toilet valves and two corroded laundry washing machine valves to be replaced by a licensed plumber. They had to be soldered on to our copper pipes. We also had a unique problem with one toilet in our Master bath. It had…
3 year old Hot Water Tank failed a home inspection. E K Coggin Plumbing Inc stepped up and replaced the tank with a new one the very next day, quite possibly saving the sale of the home. Truly grateful for their experience, professionalism and promptness.
Competent, amicable, polite, fastidious and grossly overpriced… Over $400 to Remove and reseat a plastic flange - wax ring and toilet.. I won’t be calling y’all again.
