Technician was here for about two hours diagnosed and fixed the problem. Clean. Neat. Professional.
⭐⭐ 2-Star Review – Water Heater Service I understand that every technician has a different way of doing things, but I was disappointed with this experience. I contacted them about the hot water heater in my condo. The technician seemed hesitant right away because there was a small amount of rust at the bottom of the…
Kyle was extremely through and honest. Arrived within the time slot. Happy it's a fix and not a replacement on my hot water heater!
Kyle and Jack were fantastic !!!! They were quick, knowledgeable, and informative. We will definitely be having them back to the house for and work we may need. Well done 👍
Professional, pleasant and informative. Came out after hours and the issue was fixed quickly. All the other 5 star reviews are accurate. This is a company you can feel confident about hiring. Thanks Kyle!
Kyle from EK Coggin Plumbing came out today to fix our gas water heater since it went out two days ago and I couldn't get the pilot light to come back on. He had it fixed in 5 minutes and also explained to me that I had a warranty on it if this problem continues. Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable as always and…
I always use EK Coggin Plumbing and Logan was right on time, very efficient, friendly, and explained what I needed to know very clearly. I highly recommend them.
Very quick response.
Kyle was great
The technician Curt was on time and asked me a few questions, mainly to ensure that I was ready for the water to the house to be off for a fewhours. Curt was proffesional and courteous. The people that I dealt with from the office staff were very helpful.
Great customer service, helpful and kind. Got the job done in an urgent situation. Appreciate the kindness and the help getting hot water back during this cold front!! Will definitely recommend.
E.K. Coogin came out and replaced the cold side inlet and dip tube on water heater under manufacturer warranty. Outstanding service! I'm going to use E.K. Coogin for some other plumbing jobs.
We are repeat customers and have known Coggin Plumbing for many years. They are always prompt, courteous, reliable, and fair priced. This last time was getting our house ready for our buyers and Joey was just great as usual.
EK Coggin was called to troubleshoot a leak in my hot water heater. They discovered that a part that they had installed, had failed, and that part was replaced, free of charge...no arguement. Curt, and his trainee were honest and efficient. I highly recommend EK Coggin.
These guys are awesome!! I had my washer replaced. They came to deliver but was not able to install since my shutoff valves for the washer was not working properly. I had to get someone very fast. I called EKCoggin Plumbing, they were superfast to send someone to have a look at it within the next hour, gave an…
Robert NeSmith, our assigned plumber, arrived on time. He was very pleasant. He promptly looked at the job and gave me an estimate. He is a very knowledgeable man, and he did a great job! I will ask for him again on the next job. Great company, fair prices. Thank you! Caroline

Curt was able to remove a stubbornly stuck faucet cartridge and saved me the expense of replacing the valve. Polite, punctual and professional.
We always use Coggins for our plumbing needs. They provide excellent service. They are always professional and and courteous. They also clean up after themselves, which is an issue I experienced when using other plumbing services.

Update - New service call 9/8/23. I wanted to perform a routine flush on my water heater to prolong the life of the unit. Unfortunately I was unable to get the water going out of the drain valve so I figured since I had this unit installed just a year ago, I’d call Coggin rather than mess around and possibly break…
Great service, very professional. Outstanding workmanship. Highly recommend.
I needed a new water heater and this company delivered!! I would recommend 100%.
I've used E.K Coggin Plumbing 3 times now, great service and quality work everytime. Not the cheapest in town but I feel that you get what you pay for, professionalism, quality repair and responsive.

Jack and Logan were true professionals…courteous, knowledgeable, quick and detail-focused. Well done!
Prompt scheduling, decent rates. Roger really is the best! Friendly and knows his stuff. He came out to make something right that wasn’t done quite correctly and he did it with a smile. He let the other technician know what he had done wrong but did so as a mentor that wants to train someone to also be a…
I called at 8 AM for help, said they could come 3-5PM. Then called back and said he was free and could he come over. He checked it out and reset a code. Brandon was thorough and pleasant. Will definitely recommend this company.
EK Coggin plumbing. We were very pleased with the speed in which a technician came out to diagnose our problem. I called in the morning and within an hour they were at our house. The job ended up being more complicated than they said, but it was fixed by the next day as a part that was under warranty had to be…
My hot water heater started leaking and flooded my garage. I called four different plumbing companies and either they couldn't do it or it was a week to two weeks out. I had to shut my water off so I needed someone quickly. I called EK coggin and they actually had a cancellation the day I called which I couldn't…
Brandon is very professional and gave a complete quote on the time and cost of the repair. The work was completed within the time frame and we have hot water once again. Thank you
Excellent service. I will call them again fir future plumbing issues.
