Their communication was fantastic from the first phone call, throughout the process and even questions that I had afterwards. I have used them on several occasions over the years and most recently due to a lightening strike at my home. They were incredibly helpful in getting everything checked out and making sure my electrical system was safe. They also helped recently with upgrading my circuit breaker panel and meter, and throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, dependable. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Blake, who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was happening. I always felt like I was in good hands. It is so reassuring to have a company you can trust when you have electrical issues, especially when something unexpected happens.
