Great members and great instructors. One big happy family. Independent, woman owned small business - not like the big franchise shops. It’s the barre where everybody knows your name. Instructors are really good at making sure your form is correct so you feel the burn in the right place and have fun doing it.

I love working out here. Due to my weak joints, the (very clean) carpet is much more comfortable to move on compared to traditional barre & ballet studios. TRX/Barre combo class is my favorite. Friendly environment and great trainers.

Elevate is an incredible community of supportive women. The instructors are fantastic and each class is challenging but obtainable. Great for multiple fitness levels and ages. I am so much stronger now!
