What do you need done?

Jeff is an awesome, no nonsense guy. He saved our family thousands of dollars by providing timely and useful advice and tips on intrusive bugs in our house. We thought they were bed bugs and the 800 number providers out there would happily take your money to investigate. Jeff had a different, more efficient approach…

Jeff was super knowledgable and had so much patience with me. Spent time asking and explaining what I needed to do in order to protect the room that might potentially have bed bugs before he needs to come and exterminate. I really appreciated his honesty and his help.

Jeff was very helpful in determining if I was dealing with bed bugs or carpet beetles. He spent 30min on a Sunday walking me through how carpet beetles differed and how to treat it on my own.

Elite didn’t try to upsell us on other services like other companies and was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained answers in detail for us… (we had a lot) saved us a ton of $ and time. Thank you Elite!

I found out one of my bedrooms had bed bugs. To my surprise, he explained that they are not in one isolated area. He told me the hard truth of what I needed to hear, let me cry about it, then offered me his knowledge. I know now that bed bugs dont work like that. He is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to…

I was really impressed with Jeff and Elite Bed Bug Exterminators. After waking up with bites on me and tearing my bed apart, I found insect casings and a small brown bug, and I knew I needed to take immediate action. I stayed in a hotel a month ago that was a bit grimy, and I realized that I may have brought bed…

I reached out to Elite Bed Bug Exterminators after several months of dealing with phantom bites while taking a nap. Initially I thought they were bed bugs, but started leaning towards the "bites" being from the larvae of carpet beetles. Apparently, the beetles dont bite but the larvae hairs may produce irration when…

10/10 recommend. I called frantic in the middle of the night and he calmly walked me through identifying my pest issue and helped me resolve the problem. He stayed on the phone for over an hour in attempts to save me money and time. Absolutely would call him.

Great information and extremely responsive service. Jeff returned my call on a Saturday night and provided information to help me diagnose my issue over the phone. Very impressed.

I left a message for Elite Bed Bug and Jeff called me back within an hour. After looking at the pictures I sent and asking me some questions, he was able to provide a thorough explanation as to why he was sure I didn't have a bed bug infestation. The phone call didn't seem rushed and it definitely helped me feel…

Really knowledgeable and thoughtful. Easy to communicate with. Quick service too.

I called and Jeff answered. That kind of responsiveness is sadly unusual these days. Jeff was extremely thorough. Unlike other companies, Jeff wanted to be sure there were bed bugs before proceeding. He stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour while I scoured my home for evidence. In the end, I did not have…

This guy really knows his stuff. His free consulation helped me rule out bed bugs as a possibility and took care of my other bug problem. I would reccomend him to any friend looking to take care of unwanted pests.

I worked with Jeff and Brandon. They both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my situation, and what needed to be done. They came out to my house next day to do the service. It was inexpensive compared to other larger companies. I believe they did a tremendous job, and will be giving their name out to…
