Jeff was super knowledgable and had so much patience with me. Spent time asking and explaining what I needed to do in order to protect the room that might potentially have bed bugs before he needs to come and exterminate. I really appreciated his honesty and his help.
Jeff was very helpful in determining if I was dealing with bed bugs or carpet beetles. He spent 30min on a Sunday walking me through how carpet beetles differed and how to treat it on my own.

I worked with Jeff and Brandon. They both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my situation, and what needed to be done. They came out to my house next day to do the service.
