Jeff was super knowledgable and had so much patience with me. Spent time asking and explaining what I needed to do in order to protect the room that might potentially have bed bugs before he needs to come and exterminate. I really appreciated his honesty and his help.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff (and David)! If you have bed bugs, you know the absolute panic and helplessness that comes with them. I knew Jeff was the right guy when he picked up the phone. He took his time, listened, understood how completely overwhelming this was, and immediately gave us some of our… Read full review

We had Jeff from Elite Bed Bug Exterminators Seattle perform a heat treatment at one of our rental properties, and we were very happy with the entire experience. From the beginning, Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions, which gave us a lot of… Read full review

They responded immediately to my call with a lot of much needed reassurance and guidance. I had been in a space with a bed bug exposure and improper gear. They came first thing the next day and treated my car. It’s very hard to find that service. They treated my car with respect and care. I recommend fully.

Jeff and his team were incredibly responsive and very thorough during the extermination of our bedbug infestation. They cranked the heat up to 170° in the whole apartment which nuked every single bug. His tip sheet of what to expect and items to avoid placing in the heat was very helpful as we prepared for the day… Read full review

I can’t believe how passionate, sincere, knowledgeable, and honest Jeff is!! He spent a good amount of time asking detailed questions about my situation. He was confidant that I was not dealing with bed bugs (THANK GOODNESS), but carpet beetles. Then he explained, in detail, how to handle the situation on my own.… Read full review

I was really impressed with Jeff and Elite Bed Bug Exterminators. After waking up with bites on me and tearing my bed apart, I found insect casings and a small brown bug, and I knew I needed to take immediate action. I stayed in a hotel a month ago that was a bit grimy, and I realized that I may have brought bed… Read full review

I reached out to Elite Bed Bug Exterminators after several months of dealing with phantom bites while taking a nap. Initially I thought they were bed bugs, but started leaning towards the "bites" being from the larvae of carpet beetles. Apparently, the beetles dont bite but the larvae hairs may produce irration when… Read full review

Absolutely highest recommendation to Jeff at Elite Bedbug Exterminators. Jeff called me back FROM THE HOSPITAL because he knew I was freaking out and he wanted to make sure my house was safe and free of bed bugs. As he seems to have done with several others, he identified a much smaller problem and talked me… Read full review

My apartment complex required Jeff's services about a year ago, and he did a fabulously thorough job. He was so kind and helpful when I was obviously quite distressed, and he went out of his way to make sure the treatment was done to the absolute maximum in order to ease my anxiety. Then, a year later, I had a bug… Read full review

Jeff took the time to talk with me on the phone and asked me pertinent questions regarding the issue I’m currently experiencing. He was super knowledgeable and it was determined that my bites are more than likely from bed bugs. He knew right away that my anxiety was high and took the time (very last minute) to drive… Read full review
