Elite Ops Exterminators, Inc.

DJ Profit and his company are awesome!

Very polite very knowledgeable

We’re just getting started with DJ Profit, but so far, he’s been great. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable.

Have been using this company for years at 2 different homes. Only company I will use because they get the job done right!! They are professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Mason was prompt and communicative about when he was arriving to what was needed and what he did while at the house.

I've been using Elite Ops for 6+ years and have always been very satisfied with their service. The techs are communicative with scheduling, always on time, and leave the house as they found it. Garnett has been working with us during the last year and he's been excellent!

Elite Ops has been wonderful, especially Garnett. He was very transparent and clear in his explanation of the work to be performed, and their work matched the proposal. Garnett was ready and willing to answer any questions. Elite Ops provides very thorough work and I highly recommend them.

Best Small Business In DC!!! Always a wonderful experience working with an Elite business that knows the value of customer service.

Great service! Kind and helpful professional. Thank you very much!

Over several years, we've called upon them for a variety of issues, and they are always friendly, helpful, and provide effective treatments to address the issue. I think our technician on this call was Craig (sp?), and he was very thorough, explained things, and worked efficiently. Highly recommend Elite Ops!

The only service that has consistently worked.

Man this place is great! Timely, knowledgeable, and their technician, Jonny, deserves a raise!

I've used Elite Ops several times. I chose them initially because their website and photos include zero photos of bugs. The reason you call an exterminator is you don't want to see gross critters and so many others companies have giant bugs all over their branding. Also their service is fabulous, meticulous, and professional.

Professional and timely service from Elite Ops. Our technician was on time, wore a mask and gloves on entry, was friendly and answered all my questions. The technician was able to point out some problem spots, offer suggestions and gave us the knowledge to handle the situation independently next time. While I feel… Read full review

The response time was very good. However, two days after service, l'm having the same problem, which "l was assured" would not happened. I asked about a service contract due to my concern, but was told it would not be needed. Well l am very upset and disappointed, especially after seeing such glowing reviews and… Read full review

DJ and Sidney literally saved our 75+ unit condominium building from a rodent infestation that started to spread uncontrolled throughout the public lobby areas and trash room. Previous Boards managing the building tried a number of contractors to solve this complex infestation, but ultimately EliteOps was the only… Read full review

We found Elite Ops to be unusually professional. Service man and vehicle were meticulous. Very thorough effort to track down our mice. Communication was professional, clear and helpful. Clearly take pride in their work. We highly recommend them.

Elite Ops Exterminators offered excellent customer service, which I highly value. We recently moved into a new neighborhood with new construction. Shortly after doing so, one evening I returned home, pulled into the garage, closed it, and heard scratching and squealing. Freaked out, I did not investigate further… Read full review

DJ, Ernest and co. have been providing pest control to our home since we purchased it, helping us remove a substantial rat and roach problem as well as maintenance for mice and ants. They have done an excellent job and I always feel like I can trust them, whole heartedly recommend to anyone.
