Excellent service from start to finish. The team was quick to respond and scheduling was easy. Ken came out, carefully inspected the whole house, explained everything clearly, set baits where needed, and came back to check on things. He was professional, patient, and really knowledgeable. Knowledgeable, great communication, they listened to my story, examined the point of entry, and let me know the plan before they proceeded. I'm big on explaination, so this was fantastic. Great service! Elite helped exterminate my mouse problem. During the 30 day check up we found no evidence of mice. Thanks for taking the time to show me where the mice might be getting in the house and for patching the holes with copper mess.

I've been using Elite Pest Management for over 10 years. They've always been professional, considerate, and dependable. I've maintained an ongoing contract with them for rodent control, which is a general problem in Royal Oak. I've not had a visible problem since starting to use their service.

A Rear Mom and Pop shop with Great Service, Fair Pricing, Prompt Service and a Tremendous Amount of knowledge and Professionalism. They were truly amazing I wish them much success and highly recommend them to others.

The technicians always provide excellent service. In and out in a matter of minutes, always leaving a report as to what they found and the actions taken. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing to deal with pests.

Great experience! Easy to get appointment scheduled and Ken was great. Appreciated Ken walking me through the issues and options. Also, he clearly explained the next steps in case we needed a repeat visit.
