I hired Elite Power Washing to wash the outside of my house. At the time I booked them they told me they would be out sometime in the next week, but that they would contact me ahead of time. It turns out that "ahead of time" meant they sent an email as the technician was literally on their way, while I was at work. I was hoping for some more notice, so we could move some things out of the way. That's hard to plan for when given a 7-day window. When I got home the whole house smelled very strongly of bleach. They did not tell me they would be using bleach. Their claim was "gentle chemicals." But their bleach absolutely ruined the pillows on our porch furniture, which became splotchy and faded. Some of those had sentimental value and are irreplaceable. Why would he spray harsh chemicals around cloth? For that matter, why would they spray harsh chemicals around our plants? All they had to do was let us know a day ahead of time, or even a couple of hours, that they were coming out and that we needed to move things out of the way. Instead, he just sprayed around (or through) the things on the porch. I tried calling them to work this out but got transferred around to various people who all claimed they couldn't help me, then ended up getting disconnected. This place spends very little time at your property, sprays harsh chemicals, and does not communicate. They are a splash and dash service. At the rates they charge it amounts to around $1200/hr for their "service." Don't waste your money.

The day of the appointment 10:15 I was called again and told they had no technician to clean my house!!!This is very upsetting to me as I’ve had this company at my home a couple years back when it was Tri-state so I decided to go with them! Now I have wasted 3 weeks waiting for them and I regret calling them!

So let’s share a real review of this company. Called to schedule a power wash of my house and gutter cleaning. I was told “it’s our guarantee we’ll be out in 10 days”. Almost a month of me having to call multiple times and finally they come out. It wasn’t even elite, they contracted to another company perfect power wash. Guy who came was super nice but told me upfront he can’t do all my gutters because he needs “safety equipment” to get on the roof. The gutters were a $300 add on to the wash. I watched on my camera as he took the ladder off the truck for 5 mintues and looked in the gutters. Well when the job was done, house looked decent, but I asked about the gutters and he said, “they can adjust your quote since I couldn’t do them all”. Well I call and after waiting a day they said, “sorry it was already processed, we will issue you a $150 credit”. Then I get an email that it was processed about 2 hours after the call. Look at the pictures of how the house looks a day later. Stay far away from this company. Id also question the validity of any of these reviews.
