I moved here in 2022 and was so glad to find Dr. Dylan. I was struggling with quite a bit of shoulder and low back pain related to poor posture. I prefer a more gentle approach to chiropractic care, and from the beginning, Dr. Dylan listened to what I was comfortable with and tailored his treatment accordingly. He is fantastic about listening to what is bothering me and adjusting his approach based on what I need. He’s also very easy to schedule with, which I really appreciate. In December of 2025 I had open heart surgery. One thing that the surgeons don't tell you is that 50% of people who have open heart surgery will have significant pain in their left shoulder, left side of their neck and left side of their back. I started experiencing this three weeks after my surgery and was in excruciating pain. I walked into Elite Spine and Joint without an appointment three months after this started. I was in tears due to the pain. Dr. Machycek was amazing!! He listened to me and knew immediately what caused it and what needed to be done. After the first appointment he reduced my pain by at least 3/4. It took about a month or two of treatment and I've been paid free ever since. He was able to undo the damage the surgeons had done when they opened my chest and I will be eternally grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Machycek and his office to anyone.

I am 35 years old and have participated in sports my whole life. I have a lot of old injuries that need TLC. I currently live a very active lifestyle competing in high level IBJJF competitions, I have been doing Jiu Jitsu for 3 years. I am also a motocross mom and an RN. Needless to say my body goes through a lot from day to day. I have had issues with frozen shoulder (separated it back in 2014), Dylan was able to fix it with his state of the art sound wave therapy. I was back lifting and grappling in no time. I have had a strained hip, tight low back, tight traps, and his acupuncture therapy takes care of it every time as well. Dylan is an amazing chiropractor and I appreciate that he is also an athlete who understands how to get a body back into sports effectively. I always trust him and his treatment recommendations. I’m so thankful I found elite spine and joint, and I tell everyone at the Jiu Jitsu and lifting gym about his team. If you have any nagging old injuries or new, Dylan and his team will get you feeling tip top and ready to live life again. He has been truly a life saver.
