Had seven windows replaced over two separate installations, the second due to high level of service during the first 5! They were quick to replace a window that was ordered with incorrect orientation, awesome! 4 stars because the second installation was not up to same quality, really poor caulk lines/work, and…
Installers arrived on time. Project completed without delay. Installers very professional and courteous. Work area was cleaned and Installers explained the work in detail.
These guys are complete professionals and were diligent in fixing my issues. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would use them any day of the week. I cannot give them a higher praise.
The guys were on time, respectful to keeping house clean, did great work and walked through and explained everything. They even cleaned the windows and cleaned everything up inside and out. Highly recommend them.
Professional service from the live person who answered the phone without going through a long telephone tree or AI, the consultant and quote, and the installation. Windows look great and project finished ahead of time. The areas around the windows were spotless at departure.
They've done does, screens, and many windows. Crew has always been professional, high quality, cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended.
Actually, great folks. Super helpful. And when some of the parts came in damaged. They quickly arranged fixes without any issues. Also helped me do a lil side consult for free! Great guys! Shout out Corey
Cory and Hanson and their helpers did a marvelous job, installing a host of windows and a patio door in our home. They paid great attention to all the details and showed great care both outside and inside our home.
The Hanson and his partner were in my opinion the best workers that I have seen in a long time. I felt they went above and beyond putting a huge kitchen window in and doing a few extras for me. They cleaned up before they left my place
The crew that came out did a great job of replacing my window .very professional in every way and communicated well with all my questions and concerns.
I have an old house with many quirks. Window install is excellent with excellent customer service. Hire these guys, you will be happy you did!
We had several of our windows replaced back in September of 2025. From the beginning, Kyle was so great at getting quotes for us and informing us about glass replacement vs. new windows. At every turn he answered our questions and got back to us quickly. Riley was our installer for the job. He was professional as…

The team at Emerald City Energy was fantastic. I especially want to share that Greg and Felix were very professional and amazing to work with on this project. Greg and Felix's replacement window work was perfect on my 100+-year-old home. They installed the windows just like they were the original!

We had windows and doors, both entry and sliding glass replaced by Emerald City through McLendons. These guys were great every step of the way--estimate, showroom, and installation. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend!
We had our window replaced with Emerald City Energy. The whole process was super professional and clean. Everyone we engaged with from Frank (for estimates), Kyle (for project comms), and Tipton (measurements and installation) was helpful, professional, and considerate. We love our new window! After an initial communication snafu the Emerald City Team sharpened their responsiveness and did everything in their power to make two window replacements as professionally and efficiently done as possible. Communication was great. I was asked questions about how I wanted things done and they offered advice and explained things. Installers were on time and worked hard. We are happy with our new doors and windows!
We hired Intermountain Glass to replace all of our original aluminum windows and patio doors with vinyl and convert our single door into a double door.
