Installers arrived on time. Project completed without delay. Installers very professional and courteous. Work area was cleaned and Installers explained the work in detail.
While using McLendon's, Renton, WA for some Plumbing work McLendon's Home Services sent out Jesse Ackerson, plumbing technician, for help/repair/installation. Jesse helped research products that would work and provided the correct Cartridge Model Number to order that would allow us to also order a trim kit that could be changed at a future date. This was 38 year old plumbing that needed repair and was no longer available. His help in researching options was monumental in ordering the right products and then installing them.

4 stars because the second installation was not up to same quality, really poor caulk lines/work, and windows were left without cleaning all the sticky crap and smudges, dirt. Would still recommend but ALWAYS check work before crew leaves site.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I’m really sorry the second installation didn’t meet the same standard as the first. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’d really appreciate the chance to come back out and clean up the caulking and make sure everything looks the way it should. Please give me a call directly at 425-228-1792 so we can get this taken care of for you. -Mike
