Professional service from the live person who answered the phone without going through a long telephone tree or AI, the consultant and quote, and the installation. Windows look great and project finished ahead of time. The areas around the windows were spotless at departure.

The installation team (esp. Art and Courtney) were great overall. They got everything done with utmost professionalism, including recommending some tips and tricks to keep the windows in the best shape for longer.

Professional, good listeners, solid work

Professional, thorough and competent installation of second floor window. Removed old wood framed window, replacing same with vastly improved quality window ... not a standard, easy installation, as window frame was located almost flush with adjoining exterior wall ... all went extremely well. Very satisfied customer.

Windows look great and the installation team was cheerful, energetic, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. I will ask them to come again.

Everyone was professional, helpful, took the time to explain and ensure we were aligned on options and next steps. They did a quality install on a complex home, without rushing and cutting corners.

Everyone one I dealt with from the project coordinators to the installers were great. The quote was reasonable, install went smoothly, and the window looks good.

Some repairs were needed after the initial install a few months ago. The team that came out was great, they showed up on time, very friendly and helpful. They repaired what they could and ordered new parts for what they couldn’t fix.

The team from Intermountain Windows & Doors was great. I was happy with the timely communications from the office prior to the installation. The window installers were pleasant and efficient, and I was very pleased with their work and the clean-up afterwards.

Had to replace 2 large windows because of broken seal resulting in fogged glass. I am satisfied with the work and quality of the glass. The team was responsive in scheduling, measuring and fitting the windows. My only grime would be, it would have been great if they did it a week more sooner.
