She'mar was my tech and did a great job! I felt confident he knew his information. This and his thorough work was great.
Zeke was great—friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient answering my questions. He spent a long time and clearly wanted to get it right. Zeke inspired confidence.
Amazing company!!! Terrence is amazing!!!! We had a blower motor issue they ordered it and installed as soon as possible!
We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily…
Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
Empire has always provided me with prompt and honest service. Their pricing has always been better than fair. The pricing was for a one year maintenance contract that provides maintenance for two units, both heating and cooling.
Service call made this morning about leaking condensation in our apartment. The condensation line was backed up. The technician arrived after a phone call telling us he was on his way. He fixed it and was on his way. Happy customer!
They were prompt. Taylor explained everything very clearly and was thorough. It was a good experience.
Always great to work with a family owned business. Makes a difference on many levels
I have used Empire for many years. Always reliable and trustworthy
Wonderful experience with Zeke! He was thorough and explained what he was doing at every step. Had a terrific experience!
Personal and professional service!
Update with new review: On 5/17/2024, Charlie exceeded expectations by going the extra mile and provided additional technical assistance on a smaller AC unit and cleaned up the big AC unit even though it wasn’t part of the appointment. I very much appreciate Charlie for his attention to detail in cleaning these…
Technician was courteous, professional and efficient. Everyone I have dealt with at Empire since buying a home in Atlanta three years ago are top notch. I highly recommend them to take care of all your HVAC needs.
Quick and efficient diagnosis of the problem. Would definitely recommend.
Sept 2022 - Travis was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely used Empire again. July 22, 2023 In the middle of summer our old AC was on it's last leg and nearly dead. We started shopping around for a new HVAC system. We really wanted a variable speed system. Everyone else was either over priced…
We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). A tech came out, assessed the system, and told me the blower motor+capacitor would need to be replaced for anywhere…
Great experience with tech David at Empire. Easy to schedule the appt (great communication with live person on the other end of the line), on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. Highly recommend.
6 month AC checkup
David was professional and knowledgeable.
Chase is professional and courteous!
Terrence was able to diagnose our AC motor issue. The new parts were ordered and he came out two days later for installation. Professional company. Would recommend and use again.
Excellent technician, very helpful and personable. A pleasure to work with him!
Always prompt and professional service!
I have been using Empire for years for both home and business HVAC services. I can’t say enough positive things about them - they are highly skilled, attentive, responsive, and friendly professionals. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I can’t say that I have been as lucky in other areas (e.g.…
Quick and professional service. Fixed issue promptly.
Prompt and professional tech for a seasonal tune-up on our AC. Easy to schedule with the office. No complaints!
Very professional and pleasant. On time and called ahead.
Our technician was absolutely amazing and such a nice guy!
Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.
The technician was on time, efficient, explained things clearly, and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed!
Empire always fixes the problem!
Very happy with the recent service. The woman answering the phone was pleasant, listened to my tale of woe and worked at getting me into the day's schedule. The technician that came was pleasant, professional and efficient. He clearly explained my options and the different costs associated with them. I'm definitely sticking with Empire.
This was my first a/c maintenance for my annual service contract agreement. Empire was recommended to me by my previous vendor as they stopped servicing my area as it was too far away from their primary service area. Zeke arrived on time, was super friendly and professional and explained exactly what he was doing.…
Empire is efficient and friendly from the time you book to the time the technician completes the job. Zeke came out today and was super respectful and kind - he changed our filter, did a pressure test to ensure the system was operating smooth, and recommended options to help us reduce allergens and improve air…
Nov. 2021 - I’m still a customer of empire! I like their seasonal maintenance packages because 1. They remind me and remind me until I schedule it. 2. They seem to always have good times available for techs to come. 3. Friendly and courteous technicians and office staff. 4. Reasonable prices. 2018 - Tenacious techs…
Started with a super nice and friendly call with Courtney. She was able to work with me into the schedule within 2 hours ( I got lucky). Tech came was friendly and professional. I was only charged the service fee. Very Satisfied.
From a 1925 steam boiler to 2021 multi_zone wireless technology. These guys KNOW what to do. Fast, reliable, professional problem solvers. I don't think they are the cheapest - and that's probably why. Do yourself a favor and get it done right before more $$$problems$$$ occur.
Always have great, prompt service from Empire. We've been using them for years for our AC maintenance, and I wouldn't call anyone else.
I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.
